History

Established in 2010.

Admitted to the California Bar in 1997, Attorney Timothy D. Widman has been practicing law in Santa Clara County for nearly two decades. He focuses especially on immigration law cases and is dedicated to helping clients who are facing removal proceedings or deportation.

Attorney Widman also represents clients in family-​based immigration, including immediate relative /​spousal petitions (including same-​sex couples), K-​1 fiancé(e) visas, naturalization, I-​601 waivers, U visas, and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) requests. Additionally, Mr. Widman handles employment-​based immigration cases, including H-​1B, L-​1 and O-​1 nonimmigrant visas.

Timothy D. Widman was admitted to the California Bar in 1997.

Mr. Widman focuses on immigration law, including deportation defense, family-​based immigration, employment immigration, and U.S. citizenship.

Mr. Widman offers a low hourly rate and a tailored approach to each case. His desire is to offer affordable legal services with both value and quality. Flat rates are available for select cases.

Mr. Widman works directly with his clients, taking pride in providing careful, effective advocacy and prompt, individualized attention. All calls and emails are responded to the same day.

Mr. Widman is a member of various associations. He serves as an officer of the Santa Clara Valley AILA Chapter and is a member of its Executive Committee. He is also the Chapter’s 2014 – 2015 Chair-​Elect.

Widman is also a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association and Chair of the Mandatory Fee Arbitration Executive Committee. He is also on the Board of Directors for the Cupertino Chamber of Commerce.
