Established in 2013.

First offered in 2013, Claim Advocacy Subscription Services are intended to help California CPA firms manage their malpractice risk by having Hunter Colby’s 20+ years of experience at the CPA firm’s disposal to render the services specified. I have substantial expertise in evaluating the disposition plan and making coverage decisions on CPA malpractice claims and emerging claim situations, managing high exposure CPA malpractice and employment practices claims and litigation, and negotiating the settlement of CPA malpractice and employment practices claims.
