History

Established in 1996.

We started our company back in 1996. I started this business because I felt I could give much better customer service and support than the company I was working for and our competitors. Since then we have built our infrastructure to support that covers all of the bay area with great customer service and support of printers, copiers and multifunction printer devices.

I have my former employer to thank for finding Laser Express. His strong guidance, leadership and example paved the way for me to start my own company, so when he retired I decided I was going to pursue and start my own company. With the skills I learned from my employer I started building this business through cold calling and door to door sales and later advertised in the phonebook and the rest is history. Garrett Owner
