David help me with some major issues in my home he was friendly and addressed the problem right away he knew what was wrong and how to fix it right away he was very pleasant and did a great job I would have him back with pleasure to fix any of my future repairs thanks David I would give him a 5+ stars

We called several local contractors to find someone to come out and check our furnace that wasn’t working. Lang’s Mobile Home Service was the only one to call us back. David came out the next day and discovered what the problem was, two of the fan blades had broken off. Repaired it quickly and efficiently and did not charge us an arm and a leg. Nice and polite young man. We will be calling them again for any future problems we might have. Our home is now nice and warm on these cold days we’ve been having.

I have called three days in a row and left messages. I have not received a call back nor an acknowledgement that my call was received. The number I have called is (408) 578‑7283.
This is extremely poor customer service.

I’ve had Lang’s do several jobs on my home including installation of all new kitchen appliances and sink and the service is always excellent and the pricing is always fair. David works hard and does great work in a timely manner. He doesn’t waste any time and always cleans up after he’s done. For work and pricing, he deserves more than five stars but five stars is all Unilocal will allow.

I had them put some extra peers under my home for more stability. They did a great job! The house doesn’t move nearly as much and my doors open & close perfectly. I definitely will use them in the future.

If I could give them 6 stars I would! They were awesome. I had a leak in my tub that 2 previous people could not fix, and they fixed it in no time at all! And, it’s apparent a good reputation is more important to them than the almighty dollar. The price was RIGHT! I would call them again in a heartbeat! And, to top it all off, they were very cordial and considerate.

Very impressed with Quinton. My neighbor called them to repair roof and I had a leak in my skylight during the last storm — so I asked if he could look at it while he was here. He sealed the leak, pointed out areas of concern for work later in the year and gave me a great price.

I just had my mobile home fixed up with them, and they did an amazing job!
Mike came out to the house for free and gave me a quote (at first I called a bunch of people to see who had the lowest prices; these guys were the most affordable).
A couple weeks later I called him and said that I wanted to follow through with the repairs. Mike came the very the next day and did an amazing job. Not only did he level the whole house as promised, but he also helped align all the doors and fix the locks.
While he was leveling the house, Mike also fixed many several minor issues without charging me anything extra. He looked over the whole house and gave me loads of advice on how to correct and prevent other potential problems. He helped me pick out a new garbage disposal online, and recommended products that would help me maintain the house. This man has clearly been doing house repairs his entire life.
I strongly recommend that anyone in need of mobile home repairs give these guys a call!

He did my skirting several years ago, and it still looks great. I just had him fix something today. He does good work for a reasonable price, and I plan to use his services again. Thanks, Mike!
