I love living here… During summers… It is now conveniently located across the street from a lot of the huge tech companies and a new target and hotel sierra. As you drive in be careful for all the speed bumps, there are so many and they just keep coming but its all for the better, people do speed around the neighborhood. Everyone mostly just keeps to themselves. The club house has 2 pool tables inside and has an outdoor pool that goes to 5′ and a shallow wading pool for kids. There’s a grass area and a few little parks hidden in the neighborhood, along with a small hidden playground and basketball courts in the back. The trail behind the community goes along the creek to Alivso and down towards the Rivermark plaza. The community does have a security guard and if you want to park, it’s best to get a guest pass from security or the office workers or else you will get towed. There is no street parking. And they have really specific home appearances and give you notices if your house does not comply to their standards. Each unit has their own mailbox. The pool is closed during certain seasons and when it is open, most kids go during late afternoons. Around 3pm the buses bring the kids back from school so watch out for them. This place is ok.
