Lam & Tran Chiropractic

It’s been a year since my first visit. I’ve been back 4 times and I am 100% satisfied every time. I come in for my back muscle spasms (knots and neck kinks) Dr Lam is the best! Takes care of me every time. Couldn’t be happier I found him.

I went in to see this chiropractor due to a car injury for about 6 months. I was sent here by my attorney and that was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with any chiropractor. I went in with lots of pain and after coming here for the treatment I needed I was soon feeling better. Dr. Lam and Dr. Tran are great doctors and they’re super friendly! You will soon feel welcomed with their warm personalities and being greeted with your first name every time you come in! This place is honestly the best choice if your near by.

Great place and very lucky I found it. Ive gotten great help for my back, neck and foot after an accident. There is great attention to detail and you really can see how they do everything they can to alleviate your pains and set you on the road to full recovery. Cannot thank enough.

Dr. Hung Lam is a very good and friendly Chiropractic Dr. He was taking good care of my injuries from car accident with his enthusiasm and caring. His treatments helped a lot to heal my injuries. He is very nice Dr. I would recommend you to see him if you have any kinds of body injury.

This is my first time every visiting a chiropractor. I work at the airport 8 hours a day lifting heavy luggage to the aircraft and offloading so I’m using my back everyday. DR. LAM was able to to assist me and help me fix my back. They are very nice and welcoming. I’m excited to say I’m returning tomorrow for another session!

Over the course of a weekend my back went from a tiny pang of pain to total agony every time I moved or breathed! I found this place on Unilocal and chose purely based on the fact that it is down the street from my work. So glad I came here: after one visit my back pain was dramatically lessened, and by the third visit there was absolutely no pain! I plan on returning every few months for adjustments and alignments, and now encourage my friends and family to do the same. I’m not exaggerating when I say I was «healed» in one session! I hurt my back 3 weeks ago while doing deadlifts (I was tired and had bad form on my 5^th set…). I had a lot of discomfort and soreness on my lower back, so I stayed inactive for 2.5 weeks. After feeling like myself again, i decided to do some yard work; I slipped and twisted my back so badly, that I could barely walk, sit, and stand.
I didn’t feel that my injury was urgent enough to go to the emergency room, so I waited until the next business day (Monday) to come in to get my back checked out.
I came into the office without an appointment and spoke to Dr. Lam and Dr. Tran about my injury. They were very knowledgeable and informative. They set me up in a room, where Dr. Lam did an assessment on my back. He discovered that 2 – 3 of my back bones were out of place and were hitting a nerve to cause me so much pain and discomfort. After analyzing my back, Dr Lam proceeded with some kind of muscle simulator and a therapeutic ultrasound to release any tension from the muscles around my spine and lower back. He then put me into a position to try to realign my spine. I actually heard 1 pop when he twisted me on my left side and two pops on my right; it was strangely amazing.
After my first session, they asked if I can come back the next day for another session. I agreed, and they gave me a doctor’s note to take time off work. The next morning, I felt «healed». I was able to walk without any support and to sit and stand comfortably. It was amazing.
My second session was the same treatment, but when Dr Lam reassessed my back, he noticed less tension on my lower back and was shocked by how quickly I was able to recover or see results.
I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs chiropractic care. They are extremely friendly and welcoming.

Best chiropractor in San Jose! My job requires me to be on the computer for long periods of time throughout the day, and after a few years of doing so, it’s definitely taken a toll on my body, with neck/​shoulder and lower back pain. Dr. Lam and Dr. Tran has been great in treating me and relieving the tension in my muscles. I’ve been treated by both of the doctors here, and I’ve always received the highest quality of care. I highly recommend Dr Lam and Dr. Tran to those who suffer from neck or back pain either through injury or just through the daily course of life. They are both equally nice and genuinely care about their patients.

Best chiropractors in San Jose hands down! I was referred here when I got into an accident and they really seemed to care about how I got hurt. Both Dr. Hung and Dr. Tran helped me so much. After just 1 session I could tell right away how much better I felt. I think I went in every week for like a month but each time it was a noticeable difference how much better I felt. They moved locations awhile back and I lost their info. I hurt my back doing a dead lift and had to go to a different Dr. Money down the drain. Thank God for google. Haha. They actually are even closer now. I only needed one session and I felt like a brand new man.

Dr lam is great, highly recommend him to all of those in need of care especially auto accident injuries. He’s EXTREMELY helpful. After my first accident ever I was referred to dr lam by a attorney. He helped me through my injuries and even helped me with my insurance questions. He is knowledgable and so kind and accommodating. This is the 2^nd time that I was involved in a car accident with body pain. The first time was at their first location on Story Rd. They recently moved to a new location on Tully. The office here is much cleaner and more rooms. Dr Lam is really good with pressing on pressure points. His massage chair is really incredible. I always feel like a feather after each treatment. Seem all hard work during the day are gone.

Great chiropractor and place! Dr. Lam is super friendly and always makes sure you’re comfortable. After every session, you’ll feel loads better and he is very helpful whenever you have questions. His wife, Dr. Tran, is also really friendly and she’s always willing to strike up a conversation with you before you start your session. They have several rooms so several clients will be receiving treatment at the same time and he’ll pop in while the machines are working to make sure that you’re okay. They’re very efficient and I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes for my session (I usually pop in at random times). But there is a constant flow of clients as well, it’s never been empty when I walked in. He also gives you some biofreeze and another medication on your first session. The atmosphere is very calming and welcoming, definitely come here if you need a chiropractor!

Couple of years ago, my mother got into a major accident and needed chiropractic care. She was referred to Dr. Lam and Dr. Tran. They are so friendly, nice and very welcoming. They try to give the best care and treatment to each of their patients as much as possible. They even try to help and explain everything involving with accidents or whatnot. From then on, we still go in to get chiropractic care. I would highly recommend this place.

Last week, my back was killing, cant even work. Then my friend refer me to doctor hung. I give him a called him, and explain about my back. He told me to just come, and told me I probably. Twist my back, and gonna straight it out. After seeming him the first time my back feel a lot better the next day. .this guy seen like he’s know what he’s doing. And his wife is very friendly. While I wait, she tried to keep the conversation going, so I don’t get bored

I was in an accident last year. My right lower back was hurting a lot and I didn’t know why only the right side was hurting. Dr. Lam explained to me that it was the seat belt. I went to see Dr. Lam 3 times a week for my back and knee problems. Dr. Lam and Tran are very nice and attentive, they did not hesitate to answer any question. I recommend their chiropractic.

After doing data entry for 4 hours straight for five days a week, I had really bad neck and lower back pain. I came here to get treated for those areas but got so much more than I expected! Dr. Lam and Dr. Tran are such nice and friendly people who really care about their patients and want to give them the best treatment possible. Not only did they treat the areas I told them about, but they also found other areas that were really tense and also realigned my spine. Their office is extremely clean and is a very relaxing environment. I love how they explain what they’re doing during the treatment and really make you feel comfortable. If you run into any insurance issues, they can be of great help.
They also have multiple machines, such as a massage chair and massage table, that supplement their manual treatments.
They have a very flexible schedule and are open on Saturdays as well. They also close late on the weekdays which is great if you have work or school.
I always look forward to my treatment with Dr. Lam and Dr. Tran!

My group of friends and I were in a car accident at the beginning of the year :(Three out of five of our group goes to Dr. Hung Lam. Since day 1, he has been so much help! He is very kind and works very efficiently. I thought going here 3x a week was going to be a burden but I feel great and refreshed leaving his office! Although the manual therapy could be painful at first, you realize that you are healing as the visits become easier to bear.
Sadly, I had to move down to socal for school and had to continue my therapy elsewhere. My other two friends continue to see him twice a week and their neck pains are diminishing!
His office is very clean and it is even opened on weekends. Scheduling is very convenient and he is willing to see you whenever your schedule permits. Dr. Tran is also very professional and was very helpful in explaining how the insurance works and what I need to do when I move down to socal so that my therapy runs smoothly.
They also gave me free biofreeze to help with the pain at home :]

I injured my left knee playing soccer a year ago. There was moderate pain and swelling the day after. Went to see my family doctor at Kaiser and was referred for knee xray. Xray showed no fracture and my doctor diagnosed me with a ligament strain. My swelling and pain went down with time but I never felt the same. Always feel some sort of pain and unstable. Tried to play sport again but my knee was not up to it. I went back to my MD several times and always told to be patient and exercise.
Then my co-​worker referred to Dr. Hung Lam. He had great result for his low back pain under Dr. Lam care. I called in and was able to scheduled an appointment the next day.
When I arrived at my appointment, I learned that Dr. Lam recently moved from another location. The office was so new, beautiful, open, and very clean. I was greeted by Dr. Tran, also a Chiropractor in the office. Dr. Tran made me felt so welcomed even though this is the first time she saw me. There were few other patients waiting but after filled out my forms, I was moved into exam room within 5 minutes.
A few minutes later, Dr. Lam came in introduced himself and shook my hand. Dr. Lam was very professional and nice. He reviewed the whole history of my injury and did many tests on my knee. He concluded that there is a very good chance i tore my ACL and advised me to return to Kaiser and demand an MRI study.
The exam was done in 15 minutes and no treatment was given to me.
Dr. Lam made sure I follow his advice with the MRI study.
Taking Dr. Lam’s advice to heart, I called my family doctor the next day and demanded that he referred me to have an MRI study. My Dr. finally gave in and referred me to MRI. My MRI confirmed what Dr. Lam told me. I had a partial torn ACL and need surgery. I’m awaiting my surgery now.
Thanks to Dr. Lam consult and advice, I will be able to play sport again. I can’t wait to have him working with me post surgical rehab.
