Klee Real Estate And Property Management

I worked with Katy Lee as a client looking to purchase investment property. She is the most unprofessional real estate person I have ever seen. She is emotional, arrogant, judgmental.
We were looking at investment properties in different areas: East Bay, South Bay, Peninsula. We want to understand these areas better before we decide which area to focus on. Katy Lee can be our agent in South Bay. She referred us to anther agent in East Bay. And we already have an agent who works in and knows San Mateo much better.
I explained to all agents upfront that was our plan. The agent in San Mateo had no concerns. By the way, San Mateo agent has 4.5 stars on Unilocal with 57 reviews; 500+ connections on LinkedIn with 29 recommendations.
After couple weekends, Katy Lee asked if we decided. She want to know immediately if we want to buy in South Bay and whether she will be our exclusive agent. No, we have not decided, since we have not seen enough properties or even looked in all areas.
Katy Lee went into a rant about how I have no ethics, unconscientious, wasting her time, and that we are fooling and wasting the all agents’ time. Later, she called back and told me that I should not provide any negative feedback to other potential customers. Note: the person who referred us was an active customer of hers.
The most outrageous thing is that she believes she is professional and righteous, and I was scheming to waste her time and take advantage of her.
