Dear Kirby,
I’m writing this to you in hopes this might help you in some way. I purchased a Kirby about 6 months ago and the belt broke. I called the Fremont Center and spoke with a rude lady who really couldn’t be bothered with me. Her attitude shocked me how someone in customer service could be so NOT HELPFUL OR PROFESSIONAL. I’m really sorry for bothering you BUT I THOUGHT THIS WAS YOUR JOB.
You really should find someone else to answer your phones. I normally give people the benefit of the doubt and haven’t written a bad review yet, but this calls to every essence of my being to speak out. She really should be fired and you’re lucky I can’t give you NEGATIVE STARS.
I want my Dyson back please.
