Need to return some shoes, thought it would be a quick process since I had the receipt and just bought the shoes the day before. I am guessing Angelica is new, she didnt know how to do a return. She went to get Shannon who I am guessing was the manager on duty. He was on the phone with someone and it took a while to show her how to do the return. Just a frustrating process when your waiting for something that shouldnt have taken so long. :(

This Kids FootLocker is located inside Eastridge Mall. I went in here for one reason only, to find my son some slip on Jordan slippers. I walked in and was greeted by a worker who was really friendly and asked if I needed help. I told her what I needed and she came back out to tell me that she got a size bigger since these slip on’s run small, so that was nice. I paid for my stuff, she offered me a Footlocker card which works at the regular Footlocker also and if you do the survey online then you can get I think she said a $ 5 gift card for your next purchase for the following month. Great service!

Used my Foot Locker employee discount here and got a pair of Jordan White Cement 3’s for $ 59.99 what a great steal! The workers could be better they dont really interact with workers but as far as shoe supply and inventory, they been pretty consistent. There’s very few Kids Foot Locker stores left in the South Bay Area, so I rather come here or Great Mall. They got lots of Jordan apparel for kids as well.
