KBM Workspace was originally Kennedy Business Machines, founded in downtown San Jose in 1947. From our auspicious beginnings on 4th Street; we have grown up with Silicon Valley, moving first to the airport and finally in 1998 back to downtown San Jose. In the past decade we have opened sales offices in San Francisco and Monterey, and relocated our distribution facility to it’s central location in Fremont. Although we are one of the oldest companies in Silicon Valley, we have also been one of the fastest growing companies, as celebrated in the San Jose Business Journal in 1996, 1998, 1999 and 2000.

Stan Vuckovich, President
Stan has been a member of the KBM team for his entire professional career. He joined the firm in 1983 as a part-time employee, while pursuing his degree. After joining the sales force full-time, he became a top producer — making client satisfaction and total quality installations his primary focus. He has developed sustainable facilities solutions for companies of every size in a variety of industries. Clients have included Infosys, Hewlett Packard, Apple Computer, Knight Ridder, and Electronic Arts. Stan’s role in helping KBM grow gives him a solid perspective into what clients encounter in growing their businesses. Today, Stan leads the company and oversees sales, operations and finance emphasizing KBM’s commitment to design and quality. Stan is a graduate of San Jose State University with a degree in marketing.
