We have nothing but great things to say about Kate. We met her at one of her own listings and instantly decided to take her on as our realtor. She stuck with us through the whole process. She really thinks outside the box and is very good at what she does. Hands down one of the best relators I’ve had the pleasure to know and am looking forward to working with her for future purchases.

Kate Davey and her team assisted me in finding a renter for my home after some plans changed. I found one of their adds on craigslist and gave them a cold call looking for their assistance. Wendy from Kate’s office and I had numerous phone conversations and personal meetings during the process and she was always very helpful, clear about their offered services and honest. Kate and others in the office were at times a part of the process. Their service was as agreed, very reasonable and removed a lot of burden from me at a time when I was focused with work on the home.
In the end, the house has been rented to a wonderful family who has just relocated from another state. Additionally, in meeting and spending time with this family, they expressed their strong satisfaction in Kate Davey and her team in assisting them in finding a home to rent during this major transition in their lives.
