Her next guest walked and she said I was finished the charged an additional 5 dollars for two toes that looked like really bad. I really want a refund because she did a horrible job, the fact that she rushed to finish my pedicure because the next person had walked in was not right she should have taken her time more then helped her out.

Went here last week to get an eyebrow wax, and I am very picky with my eyebrows, and absolutely loved the service and how professional the owner was. This salon was very clean and well organized. I will be making a trip back down to San Jose very soon just to visit.

Great selection of skin care, make up, and all kinds of beauty products. Jeanette gives great facials that leave your skin feeling rejuvenated and wonderful. She cleans your pores, exfoliates, and works her magic to leave your face feeling great after she’s done. Jeanette is very thorough with her facial treatments. You can also buy lottery tickets and scratchers here now too! Good luck! :) I would highly recommend you come visit Jeanette. If you plan coming for a facial, be sure to schedule an appointment with Jeanette. She’s very flexible with her time/​dates.

Been here few weeks ago and haven’t got the chance to Unilocal.Made an appointment and came 1 hours late on a Saturday night way after closing but she is such a sweetheart, she waited for me. First time here and glad I did because it was very elegant, new and super clean. I figure since it was a new place, I had to check it out. She went to work on me right away. Never felt rush because it was getting late. She did a wonderful job. Couldn’t ask for better because I’m a very picky customer. I gave her 5 star and will be back in few weeks. Great job and thank you. You’re the best.

My friend raved about the Ottie skincare products that she used to get in LA. So I went to check out JV Beauty Skin Care when they opened in San Jose. The skincare products are amazing. I’d highly recommend the mineral products that they have. The staff are super friendly and helpful.
