Reiki is an energy therapy that helps balance the body’s energy flow for optimal healing. The purpose of a Reiki treatment is to relieve stress and pain, induce relaxation, release emotional blockages, accelerate natural healing, balance subtle bodies energies and support other medical modalities including traditional therapies. It is performed on a massage table with the client fully clothed. The practitioner works with hands on or off the body and generates a flow of energy that naturally relieves energetic blocks. Think of the energy system in your body as a string of Christmas lights where one light is out and therefore blocking the flow of electricity to the other lights. Reiki helps restore the flow and light up all the lights!

History

Established in 2012.

I have been studying Reiki since 2009 and practicing Reiki professionally since 2012. I am a Reiki Master Teacher in the Usui Method of Reiki.

I come from a Silicon Valley High Tech background and understand the stress that can come along with that. I found Reiki as a way to help achieve and maintain balance in my life. I now love working with others to assist them achieve their balance, optimum health and well being.
