I called to make an appointment for my wife. She’s bedridden and not in a condition to speak. They didn’t let me make an appointment saying that it’s a violation of HIPAA policy if they let me make an appointment on behalf of my wife. I checked (thoroughly) and there’s no such HIPAA policy! It’s also common sense that patient’s condition can prevent her/​him from making a doctor’s appointment.
The real question is — would you trust this clinic when they don’t have the right knowledge of HIPAA policies?

I wanted to give 1 star but I haven’t even met the doctor. It’s super hard getting an appointment with him, for me that is. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a brand new patient and I have a low-​reimbursement health insurance plan or what, but I’ve been canceled twice. My first appointment was booked a month out and then they called me the week before the day of to reschedule. Today is supposed to be my appointment but yesterday they called me again to reschedule. They informed me that the earliest appointment would be another 3 weeks out. I’m stuck with having to deal with them for my painful wrist because I can’t change to another PCP within the month. I have to wait until the next month if I want to visit a different doctor. Healthcare is a monster. That’s why I stopped going to doctors many years now. I’ve been only going to urgent clinics, but unfortunately the clinic said only my PCP can refer me to therapy! Otherwise, I’m sure he is a nice doctor.

Dr. Luong has been my family’s doctor for a very long time, who has proven his loyalty to our family just as long as we have been loyal to him. He is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. Anytime I come in for my appointments, he takes the time to figure out what is wrong, and provides me with the right medication. He never rushes, and takes the time to see how you are doing personally, as well. A true doctor he is!

Dr Luong has been my doctor for 10 years. He has always been a good communicater and explains things well. He is friendly and knowledgeable. Staff is easy to talk to, and sreens your needs well. Staff is experenced. You can usually get a same day appointment if needed.

Dr. Luong Jean Hoang is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. He is a caring and dedicated man who is always looking out for the best of his patience. He will always offer the best care possible without a hassle for you.
