Customer service was awesome, really cool person to talk to.

I attended a Fridays Party and I had 17 Tacos… need I say more… Lol… No really the Taco’s were very good… The verity of meats very tasty as well… Thanks JC and hope I kept u company… lol

Tonight, we went to a long time friend of our’s birthday party for (Emilyann) and her grandmother-​Florinda. They hired a ‘taco guy’, JC cater the party. From what I saw, he did indeed serve us and all the guest food WITH GLOVES on. He was courteous and efficient. The selection of meats were: Pollo (Chicken), Carne Asada (Steak) and Adovado (Marinated Pork), Jicama Drink, Rice, Beans and awesome tortilla chips, salsa verde, and red sauce with the fixing for the tacos: cilantro, onion, radishes, and jalapeño. He spoke english well (we understood him and he understood us (for those of us who don’t speak a lot of Spanish, yet he also understood Spanish for those who do speak it fluent! Everything was properly handle food-​wise, and yes he worked the entire party all by himself. MUCH PROPS!!! My husband at 17 tacos… and my son ate about 9. I wanted to make sure I grabbed a business card from him. Give him try if you are looking for a taco company to cater your next event/​party. I promise you, you won’t be disappointed. This past Halloween I attended a party catered by JC’s Taco, and let me tell you, his tacos are absolutely delicious. We had the option to choose carne asada, chicken, and best of all the fish. He took his time prepping the fish tacos for you with a cabbage salad and special sauce which made them taste that much better. The extra sauce and toppings station was well prepped with different sauces, ranging from mild to spicy, and the toppings were freshly chopped.
I highly recommend his food & service and will definitely be using him again!

JC did a great job for our Halloween party of 50 guests. Great communication leading up to the event, showed up a little early to set up (which was appreciated) and did a wonderful job serving our guests with tasty tacos, rice, beans and agua fresca. I would highly recommend him!

Outstanding service for our 40^th Wedding anniversary. JC owns and operates his own business, he showed up on time, set up quickly and provided the tastiest tacos one could ask for. Not to mention the rice and beans and all the condiments. I would not hesitate to recommend his service for any occasion.

I found JCs posting online and I’m really glad I chose him for my event. Off the bat he was very professional and attentive to my needs around my event. Through our communications leading up to the event his customer service was impeccable. On the day of the event who was very punctual on his time. Through out the event my guests couldn’t get enough. He was a great and experienced chef. I along with many guest would and will continue to use JCs tacos for events we hold. Keep it up JC you are great at what you do.

JC’s Taco catered my daughter’s 4^th Birthday this past weekend and we couldn’t have been happier with the food and service. Leading up to the event, JC was professional, responsive and maintained great communication throughout the process. On the day of the event, he arrived early to set up. We went with a package that included chicken, carne asada and shrimp taco, flautas, rice, rice, beans and aqua fresca (watermelon flavor). The food was delicious, condiments were brought in individual tupperware containers which I thought was organized and clean, and the watermelon aqua fresca was so refreshing. We would definitely recommend JC’s Taco to anyone looking for Taco catering for their next event. Thank you JC!

JC catered our wedding this past weekend, and it was phenomenal! He was professional coming on time and provided great customer service to our guests. We were complimented numerous times on the food and especially the salsas JC provided. We couldn’t have asked for more in a caterer. Thank you!
