If you consider taking out the trash equals cleaning, then this is the service for you!
A sales guy named Mark Paterson came and promised us all this impeccable services for affordable pricing — should’ve known then. While I personally like Mirsha and Maria as people, their management and cleaning services are THE worst!
Maria literally just takes out the trash. Doesn’t advise if she needs more garbage bags (which we supply), doesn’t advise if there is a deeper cleaning needed on something (which we would happily pay if not included in our normal service), doesn’t dust, doesn’t wipe off countertops in the bathroom or the kitchen.
We’ve complained about this service continually with Mirsha to no avail. Mirsha promises to see if another cleaner is available or to make sure Maria is cleaning, but she NEVER follows up. She just hope the problem goes away or we just don’t complain about it.
Things you will experience with this dynamic duo as your cleaning team:
Sticky, dirty toilets — I guess she doesn’t wash/​wipe down whatever chemical she sprays on the toilet. Enjoy the back of your legs being chemical infested after using the john.
Dirty countertops
Dusty office space/​cubicles
No communication
BEWARE!!! If you want to throw away money each month, just pay me and I’ll empty your trash cans once a week for you.
I would give ZERO stars if possible.

I had a one year contract as well. One of their cleaners was using my computer and left a program which I never use open on my desktop. I wanted out of the contract but they will not let me out. I feel totally violated. they are demanding that I pay the $ 2,000 for the one year contract and I may have to pay it but I will not let them back to my office.

I do not Unilocal either but after I saw the positive review I felt obligated to let people know about my recent experience. I have to agree with all of the negative comments this is the worst cleaning company I have ever employed. I just sent an email to terminate our contract after 6 weeks and I was told they had already quit. How to you quit and not even let your employer know! They have a great sales force that sells you on the job but then their cleaning people can not deliver. Save yourself the headache and do not hire them.

Worst cleaning service I’ve ever dealt with so not do business with them I would write more but I’m not wasting my time! They never did or do what they say they will on there contact and as soon as they get the job they slack off and we’ve told them time and time again what is not getting done and nothing changes!

Worst cleaning service experience ever. They have a contact that states all the wonderful things that will be done… well, methinks not! First off, you are stuck in a contract for one year. If you decide you want out, you need to write them a letter 30 days prior so they can cure the faults. However, if you decide you want out before the year, you still have to pay the balance of what it would have been for that year.
I ended up writing emails to my representative every other month practically, because the cleaner forgot to clean. The cleaner will pick up the slack for one or 2 visits, then all goes back to normal. I felt that she didn’t really care for my needs. I work in a busy office, the cleaning service is really the last thing I want to worry about. Instead of a help it because a burden to my already busy load.
Restrooms: bathroom soap build up still around the sink, mirrors not cleaned, soap dispenser not refilled, under toilet seat not cleaned.
Kitchen: inside sink ignored, water and soap build up around sink, coffee stains ignored, cleaning the counters not done.
General office areas: Rarely do they actually dust. they are supposed to dust all horizontal surface areas. They just don’t.
The only thing they do is take out the trashes. Apparently, taking out the trashes = a clean building.
We spent over $ 200 a month for just the trash being taken out. WASTE OF MONEY. We are no longer in a contract with them and I would never consider them again. They look nice in paper, but the service is terrible.

Just a pretty run franchise that tries to get other people to do their work and subcontracts with the lowest did you know if a subcontract and try to make money on it you know you’re going to get poor service for an exceptional price and that’s exactly what we come and that’s why we don’t use them anymore

I have done business with the owners and their staff for many, many years, and I have found them to be great to work with. I’m guess the bad review is from someone that failed to pay there bill, or follow a contract. As a small business owner myself, it is hard enough to business in California, sometimes we need help collecting from people who feel they don’t have to follow the rules. These are good people in my opinion, but I pay my bills!

Do not use this company. They are liars and they are always looking for a lawsuit…
