Established in 2007.

We started this business to help our clients achieve their dreams. Many accountants focus on annual taxes and a financial statement.

We focus on helping our clients achieve their dreams. The tax return is a byproduct of a years work as is the financial statement. It is not our focus. We meet with each client as needed, often monthly, to help them set and achieve their goals. The annual tax return is important and is required by law. But it is not a business goal.

More money after taxes is a business goal!

Jim became an accountant and a CPA almost by accident. I remember asking my collage professor, as a senior, what does the letters CPA stand for?

Then I became one.

I served fours in the Air Force and then went to work for a forerunner of Deloitte and Touché.

I started my own firm, merged with another firm and then left to start this company dedicated to helping the business owner take advantage of many business concepts and tax planning that are not normally available to them… because they are too busy managing their own business to have the time to become knowledgeable on business taxes and business concepts.
