Out of all the contractors we reached out to, these were the only guys who knew the California laws correctly. Got my asbestos pop corn ceiling removed on a short notice with all legal permits. I highly recommend them.

My contractor sent me to Mohammad for possible lead and asbestos. Without a penny changing hands he texted back and forth with me, looked at photos and had a handful of phone calls to figure out what we might need done, where we might have contamination, and what needed testing. When he came out to see the area, he told me that three other areas I though would need his services might not. Had them tested and he’s right. I DEEPLY appreciate a pro who tells me I need less work than I thought and saves me about $ 2,000.

I should do this review several month before because my work was finished in Sep 2014, just didn’t get chance to finish this review.
I Checked with several companies and in the end select Isotech because of the reasonable price. I made a smart choice. They did the work excellent. They protect the wall very good, and finished the work so clean. They really show the professional. They deserve 5 start rating.
It will be perfect if they can mark the closet door in a smarter way, so that I can put them back easier after repainting.

Stop searching for a better deal or better service. You found it with Isotech. I’m a first time home owner and before moving in I wanted to have the pop-​corn ceiling removed in my home. It turns out that it contained asbestos. After going through the process of closing on my house I called isoteach and asked them how soon they would be able to do the work. They submitted the application for permits on Thursday and were in my house on Saturday. By saturday afternoon the ceilings were bare and ready for mud. I highly recommend using these guys, they are very helpful and competitively priced.

Called over 20 asbestos removal companies. Got such the run around, that’s if I got a call back. Isotech answered the phone, the owner shared with me other further information I had not considered, walked me through step by step of what to expect, came out estimated the job at no cost and completed the job in a timely and workman like fashion. Afterwards I hired a separate air quality testing company to make sure asbestos particles had been removed — it passed with great results. Isotech really made the whole process effortless. His dealings with me was straight forward. Ironically, I had another company come out to quote, (the only other company that wasn’t o so busy to meet in person, they all want to quote the job over the phone). The guy took a sample but it was like pulling teeth to get the results, if I hadn’t been on him like white on rice I’d still be waiting for an answer! I got quotes from two asbestos removal companies when I was remodeling an older home. Isotech was professional and reasonably priced. They removed my asbestos flooring and glue. They were prompt and thorough. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.

We had asbestos tile which we had taken out, and then we had the asbestos glue which was remaining. Isotech came out and did a test, and found that the glue wasn’t asbestos, which greatly reduced our costs of removing the glue. It’s pretty odd these days to find someone honest, and who will give you a fair price. If you have asbestos issues, these are the guys to go with for an honest straight forward answer.
