This place is my go to spot for car parts. Every time I go there the workers are always really knowledgeable and always go the extra mile. I’m not that mechanically inclined and on numerous occasions they have helped me install parts on my car. Their prices are competitive and if they don’t have what you need in stock, they can get it shipped to the store quickly.

Worst place buy parts. Worst management, I purchased some parts from them and water pump went bad in few days. I took back that water pump to them, and asked them to refund the money because the part came with warranty. They made sure that it was their part, then they we need the box for the part. How some one can hold on to the boxes, for the parts have been used? I called the manger and asked him see me at front desk and listen to me, he refused. I asked him to give me a written that you don’t return the faulty item that is under warranty without the original box, he refused to write me either. I heard from other people that their parts are not good. I’ll not suggest any body to any parts from them because parts are not good and then thier management is worst management I have ever seen.

One of the worste services I have ever received. One of the workers asured me he had ordered the part I needed on saturday (with out any money down) then calls me Monday to pick up the part (gas tank seal). Once I am there, the part is not, none of there branchs has it in stock. I could have been at school prepping for my midterms. Thanks for wasting my time twice (I went back a second time with same results). Step it up, at least allow me to order something to be delievered to a branch closer to where I live. Very poor service. Two stars only because they have good prices.

Came in to pick up some parts today and was out the door in about 5 mins. Great, fast, and friendly service! Would deff recommend to all my friends. The prices are great and the staff is very helpful. Even helped me load everything in my car. Before I paid, the guy made sure I knew everything I was paying for and that all of it was correct. I appreciate the thoroughness =] I’d be pissed to get home and realize i had to go back to fix something…
