So far so good. Not as uncomfortable as I thought. Very knowledgeable and put me at ease. I thought there wouldn’t be as much waste as there was but there was a ton. I feel lighter and kind of euphoric. Will be come get to get it done again!

I have never heard about a colon cleansing procedure and it is nothing like a colonoscopy. Learned this from a friend who has been doing this for years. Mercedes was my therapist and I was very apprehensive initially until Mercedes
explained the procedure, what to expect and seeing and feeling the results.
She was very warm, answered all my questionable concerns and I felt very
comfortable and at ease with her massaging my stomach and the whole procedure.
I felt very much at home and would highly recommend this process.

I came here because a friend recommended it. I was very nervous, but soon forgot that I was nervous. Mercedes makes you feel like she has known you for years and does not make you feel awkward at all. Both my sister and I will return in a few months. Amazing place!!!

I dont think i would have gone through with colonics if it was not for Lana. It is not an easy experience to make comfortable, but her attitude and knowledge put me at ease. The process left me feeling much more energetic and lighter after the first visit.
Whether you are trying this out for the first time or have done it before, you will not want to go to anyone but Lana after your first visit.

In conjunction with a dietary cleanse regimen I came to Internal Spa Rejuvenation Center for a colon hydration session. Joyce Schlegel, one of the owners and the colon hydrotherapist, gave me a very warm welcome. The spa is extremely clean and the treatment was professional and the surroundings pleasant and extremely comfortable. Joyce made sure that I was educated throughout the session and was very attentive and answered all my questions. I felt better after the session and have already scheduled future appointments. All in all outstanding service!

The whole experience was great. I already feel better. I have my next session already scheduled.

I had a wonderful experience at the San Jose location. It was great to call up and have slots available all of the time. Afterwards, I realized it is not because they are not popular but instead because they work so hard! They literally work around the clock. If a client is only available at 7 — they will open up!
I loved how I was the only one in the waiting room — it can be sort of embarrassing to have other people hanging around.
THe experience was great. She massaged my stomach to get the maximum benefit.
I plan on going again soon!

I went to get my first colon hydrotherapy, I have heard so many positive things about it and wanted to see for myself.
Mercedes was my technician and she made me feel very comfortable. I was very pleased with the procedure and feel amazing. After 1 session my stomach has gone down and I feel more alert.
Mercedes made my appointment wonderful, she talked to me the entire time and was able to answer all of my questions and gave me a great understanding of my colon and what I could do to jump start my weight loss. I also appreciated that I was not forced to buy more sessions or anything for that matter. I highly recommend this place.

Awesome staff…, but don’t waste your money on the body wraps (dont remember the exact name of it!) I went there twice, thinking the second time would be more effective, but didn’t loose a thing :(don’t waste ur money on that.

I love Mercedes. Getting a colonic can be an embarrassing experience, but I never feel that way with Mercedes. She makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable, while still being thorough and professional.
Even my VERY private fiancé goes to her and is very happy with the result. And I love the fact that she doesn’t try to sell you more treatments than you actually need. What a concept!
I like the location too. Cambrian Plaza is in a safe neighborhood and has plenty of parking. The treatment room is very clean (I’ve only seen one of them so I can’t comment on the others) and their entrance is hidden from the main walkway so you don’t have to feel self-​conscious about someone seeing you there (not that I really care).

I just got back from a nice vacation where I endured lots of environmental pollution and ate like a stoned glutton. It was a great trip as you can imagine, but before I went back to work and resumed normal eating habits I needed to detox. Before any new beginning I need a new ending, so I went to see Joyce. She cleaned out my pipes like Roto Rooter and I feel incredible. I’m not dragging about and as this vacay comes to an end (no pun intended this time), I can say I’m actually ready to go back to work. Thank you whoever invented this clever fix and the gentle people at Internal Spa for doing what they do so well.

I have not been to this location because I am up north so I see Joyce and Mercedes at their Mt View location but it’s the same girls and the same amazing experience. I have been getting colon therapy by them for years now. It is the most pleasant experience the ladies are professional and easy to talk too. They are a wealth of knowledge when it comes to daily health. If you are on the fence about getting a service… jump! its the best thing I have ever done for myself. not painful at all by the way! PS the best way to make an appointment is by email. they are really quick about getting back to you.

This was my first time! Cathy was so professional but most of all she was so understanding and nurturing. I was anxious all day. Cathy had a way with her words that just really made me feel safe and comfortable. My thoughts prior to this experience were so negative. After the procedure I felt alive and well. Cathy is a former massage therapist and combined with her training as a colon hydrotherapist she gives you a great colon hydrotherapy session leaving you feeling clean and energized.
I have been doing colonics for over a decade and would recommend Cathy as she is personable, caring and gives great colonics! The colonic room is very tranquil and calming.

I tried colon hydrotherapy for the first time ever last month. I had heard that it is good for you but reluctant to try since I was not sure about it.
Cathy took all my worries away. She was highly recommended by an acquaintance of mine and she exceeded my expectation. When I first talked to her on the phone she covered the procedure in detail. I had a good feel for what to expect. I got a little nervous the day of, but Cahty did a great job making me feel comfortable.
She was thorough and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely go back to see her again! I felt really good after the treatment.
