Edelia is a compassionate and caring therapist. She is highly educated in her field and shares her knowledge during each session. Sometimes we don’t want to hear what we need to do to feel better (cut out alcohol, dairy, gluten, etc.), but hearing the truth helps you to make more educated decisions about how to ultimately feel better. I suffered from Mercury poisoning and through her help and Dr. Graeme Shaw (naturopath), I was able to detox my organs, tissue and blood and regain my health.

Edelia is highly informative and a very kind and compassionate therapist. This type of treatment was recommended as I had to detox from severe Mercury poisoning. I did a series of 12 and then six months later went back for a series of 6. It has greatly helped to clean out toxicity in my body and allow my internal organs to start processing better. I really appreciate how accommodating she has been. Although I don’t always look forward to going, I know that it is helping me to become healthy again.

Edeilia is super sweet! She’s so nice and is very informative with her clients on the process of this colonic. Ive only experienced this once prior to my NPC competition and it def made me feel lighter and tighter in my abs after.
The only feeling that sucked was actually feeling the water pumped into you to push out the bad stuff. It just feels like that kind of twisted stomach feeling of you about to have diarrhea. sorry for TMI
if you’re really relaxed, you wont hold the water in. you can actually feel relieved once you breathe and let it flow.
Edelia does a great job with making you feel comfortable. I love her calmness and knowledge about how the body works. I would def come back to this place again to get my colonic!

Going to get a colonic for the first time was a little nerve racking to say the least. I didn’t know what to expect. All I knew was that I was suffering from severe bloating and discomfort from built up gas and a friend of mine highly recommended Edlia.
Let me start off by saying I was extremely happy with my office visit, will def become a repeat client, and will recommend Edelia to many people.
With that being said there were a few cons: when attempting to make my first appointment it was a bit frustrating as I was never able to contact anyone directly. Every time I phoned I got an answering machine and it became quite a game of phone tag. However, once I was finally able to get in touch with them they were able to fit me into an appointment the same week.
** I later found out that Edelia was in the process of relocating her office, so I gave her a break on the phone answering.
Secondly I had scheduled my appointment for 11 am and she probably told me about 10 times their office had moved w/​the new address. I was taking time off from work to come see her since it was the only time she could fit me int. She calls me about 45 min prior to my appointment asking if she can push it back since the appointment before me went to her old office, causing their appointment to run late. Ok — a little bit of a hassle for me since I was coming in the middle of my work day but I made it work.
Pros: She was very professional, never made me feel uncomfortable which is great considering the circumstances. She guided me through the process and was very good at explaining everything. While she was performing the colonic, she also talked about different foods and diet habits that can either help or hurt your digestive system. All the information she provided was extremely informational and at no point did I feel like she was pushing her view on me. Simply providing me with the knowledge so that I can do as I chose with it.
While it is an expensive procedure, def something I highly recommend and will be incorporating in to my physical maintaining. Our bodies are machines and we cannot expect them to run flawlessly without our regular tune ups and oil changes!

She did a very thorough job, about the same as any other place I’ve gone BUT I was also put off by the constant talking about how I’m eating all the wrong things. I just wanted to relax and breathe, but there was none of that.
A giant problem I had was when she launched into talk of her religion and how the Jews killed Jesus. Hello, I’m Jewish. Who mixes business with religion?

Just had a colonic. Edelia is a very nice woman, makes you very comfortable through the complete process, also gives suggestions to maintain a healthy life style.

Went here with my gf. Edelia was great. Gf got colonic, I got a footbath. Both great! We’ll be back.

Pros:
Got rid of a lot of gross stuff and gas
Warm, clean, welcoming office
Therapist is very nice and knowledgable
Cons:
I don’t know why people say that it’s great, I was in HECKA pain. Man! I didn’t even last the full 45 minutes. She said that it was because I had chocolate and gas. Maybe, but I don’t want to pay to be in that much pain again. Maybe it was just me.
I don’t know what the outcome is yet since I had it done only 9 hours ago, but the two stars are PURELY because I was in lots of pain.
FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS AND DRINK LOTS OF WATER PRIOR TO GOING!!!

This is a great provider for health services. Edelia is informative and lively and she truly believes in what she is telling you. She is completely dedicated to health and to helping. She understands that the more she helps her clients, the more the word will get out for her! I am completely content with the services she provides and the information she gives. She is extremely professional and she has a great system. The office is very neat, clean and well organized. Its refreshing to see someone who is so dedicated to health and the health of her clients. I suffer from migraines and stomach issues, and this is definitely helping. I plan on continuing my services and making sure that the word gets out.

Pros: The experience itself was not bad at all. I was a little nervous having a complete stranger perform such a procedure on me, but it was for health reasons and I did see a slight benefit after. Through our conversations, I did find out that I may be lactose intolerant and I started on lactose pills since then, which help immensely! I had no idea that the post-​meal aching in my stomach had to do with me being lactose intolerant, go figure! The bathrooms are private and the room was a comfortable temperature.
Cons: During the session she shared her (strong) opinions on a lot of eating habits and dietary choices. I didn’t mind hearing how she thought people could better their diet, but I got the feeling that I was being almost told off for the way I choose to eat. I eat A LOT healthier than most folks out there (I rarely eat fast food, no meats, don’t drink coffee, etc) but I do enjoy an alcoholic beverage nightly and I like cheese. Anyway, it made me feel that she might think her services are pointless if I’m going to keep eating the way I do. I probably won’t be returning because that’s just the way I eat and I’m not prepared to go hardcore vegan without any sugars, cheeses, and the occasional alcoholic drink. Besides, I can’t really afford $ 70 a session multiple times a week, as she recommended.

Edelia not only relieves your discomfort during your 45 min session but she takes the time to educate you on how to live a healthier lifestyle and find the sensitives that can cause your discomfort. She also carries nature sunshine products and informs you on certain products that can cater to each individuals needs but also never pressures you to purchase anything.
Overall the Internal Harmony experience provides physical relief and/​or basic cleansing maintenance; along with a wealth of knowledge regarding a healthy lifestyle and specific diets to help each individual depending on their situation.

Edlia is amazing! I felt great great after, and as funny as it sounds … I am very pleased with the service I received. I was VERY nervous before doing this. I didn’t think it was normal, but I had heard so many good things about it and was curious at the same time. She was patient, informative, caring, and explained every little thing. She listens and stays with you the WHOLE time. She is able to find gasy spots, and is able to find the key places to massage help the process. Before the procedure, she tells you everything you need to know to prepare for the absolute best results. She does this as a profession because she cares, and she has never seen a colon rip during her practice! That made me relieved to hear! There are a lot of practitioners that just don’t care, and should not be practicing. I immediately referred 5 people to her, 3 of whom I am almost positive will be going after they saw how happy I was with the experience. One of my co-​workers even said, «what’s with you, you’re glowing?» She goes above and beyond in helping you to be comfortable and relaxed. If you are looking for a healthier you, she is a great start!

I’ve been to 3 other colonics studios and Internal Harmony is best as I’ve just finished my second 6 treatment session and am going to start a 12 treatment session next.
Edelia is the owner and therapist and she makes you feel comfortable from the minute you walk in. The first thing that separates Edelia from the rest is you don’t feel embarrassed at all and are completely covered all the time. I didn’t feel this way at other places.
The next thing about Edelia I like is she tells you exactly what will happen and is gentle but yet effective with the treatment. She discusses what is coming out and ways to enhance the colonic sessions with diet/​supplements/​herbs. I feel like I learn something new everything session about diet and health.
I never felt any pressure to buy anything or any package and whenever I ask about a supplement Edelia gives me the information but never pressures to buy anything. I’ve bought items for my specific needs and didn’t buy others that didn’t make sense for me.
I love the office and it’s very peaceful and comforting there. I really like all the great reading materials, the food-​combining chart in the lobby plus the mini-​trampoline to work off stress from the workday.

A strange review in some ways — how do you review what is essentially a big poop? Considering what actually happens, it was not all that bad (if you like that kind of thing). The woman who owns it stays with you the whole time and alternates between massaging your stomach with her hands and with a little machine. It is amazing how that process really helps! While a bit strange to be together for 45 minutes with what is essentially a butt plug up your hiney, it goes by rather quickly considering that she is a great conversationalist.
My only negative is that I felt pressured to buy a package at the end and she is pretty disorganized so she does not really let you use up your package over time simply bc she cant keep track of it all. In general, she needs to really get her business much more «together» as papers are all over her office and she is not digital at all (no database with your name and your history — VERY important in this line of business) and no electronic calendar to keep track of your appointments.
