Established in 2010.

At our Inspired Events by CB, we bring 10 years of event planning expertise to our clients. Our career started in the entertainment industry planning events for high-​end corporate clients and celebrities while always planning weddings and any type of parties on the side. Upon our move up to the Bay Area, we decided to create IECB where we specialize in weddings and «inspired events.»

Colleen was fantastic to work with — from start to finish. I first met her when she was coordinating another friend’s Bar Mitzvah party. I talked with her that night as I watched her in action. I then hired her for my own son’s Bar Mitzvah. She helped us with everything from party logistics and vendors to theme and logo design to night-​of event staffing. Colleen is a pro and our whole family loved interacting with her. She made my life so much easier as she managed all the little details. Her prices were very fair and she’s willing to keep things as basic or as elaborate as you’d like. I highly recommend her for all of your event planning needs.

I needed assistance with the creative part of my son’s bar mitzvah. I hired Colleen to take care of the details and help us figure out a theme and look. She went above and beyond. She was able to get my 13 yo son honed in on an idea. She met with us in person and was patient the entire time. She sent ideas and mocked up samples so we would both know what the end result would be.
Colleen handled the placecards and centerpieces and did all the sourcing for supplies. She was well aware of our budget and stuck to it. On the day of the event Colleen and her team handled all of the set up and made sure all was as it should be. During the event if I needed someone to take care of a small detail she was right there with a smile and «no problem» answer. I cannot tell you how valuable the service was. It saved me time and stress. If you are planning an event, I highly recommend hiring Colleen and her team.

I used Inspired Events for a 10 week fundraiser last year. We did several events over the 10 weeks including auctions and a wine tasting at Testarossa.
