Wow! What a great experience !!!
Like others have said, if you are looking for a used appliance, this is the go to place! From my initial phone call to loading the appliance in my SUV, it was a real pleasure to deal with Rafael and Rosy. This is a friendly, polite, clean, orderly, no pressure and inexpensive place to shop. The individual customer service that Rafael and Rosy provide is beyond great; it is superb; a rare trait now-​a-​days. The washer I bought is installed and working properly and, although, it only 1 day, I have no doubt that should anything go wrong, they will respond accordingly and in accordance with the warranty they provide; again, something extremely rare in the used business. I am very happy I found them and purchased the appliance I was looking for from them. Do not hesitate to go to them should you be looking for an appliance, you will be happy you did. Thank you Rafael and Rosy, you are the best!

Can’t be happier about the experience. Here is my story. Needed to replace my beer fridge. First did the craigslist hunt for freebies for a month but tired of that. So looked at used places. Dropped by Infinite late on a Saturday or maybe Sunday when I was running errands without even checking what they had. Accidentally walked in the back door. Showed me two fridges. Chose the one for $ 175. Asked about delivery, $ 25 including taking the old one away. So I go up to the office in front to pay. As the invoice is being typed up and Rafael comes into the front office and says «wait, i marked that one down on craiglist today for $ 150. So it’s yours for $ 150. He almost asked if that was ok.» Note that I would never have checked this and he did not need to do this. First time I was bargained down. Delivery happened right on time monday morning and was happy with cold homemade beer by monday night.

I just brought a refrigerator from Infinite Appliance and it still running great (2 weeks). The appliances here are much cleaner and well kept compare to the other uses appliances store around town. They delivered my Refrigerator the same day. I highly recommended this place because there customer services is Superb!!! Especially Rafael. The place is small, but they have quality appliances and excellent customer services. That is what I am looking for. Rafael would go extra miles to call customer back to follow up about their purchase and will answer any questions you might have. Definitely will buy again in near future and will refer to friends, family, and co-​worker this place. Highly Recommended to talk to Rafael.

Bought a dryer today for my house, they were able to deliver the same day, installation + take away my old machine only for a small fee ($ 60), totally worthwhile! The staff there were very knowledgeable and helpful.

I have been looking for a refrigerator. I came upon them on Unilocal.I seen all the great reviews and thought I would give them a call and see if their prices are reasonable and they are. Asked if they had a refrigerator and they did. I paid a little more for them to deliver it and put it where I wanted it. The person I spoke to was awesome over the phone and in person. The delivers were great. Very nice. I would totally by from them again.

We just purchased a stove from Infinite Appliance, and couldn’t have had a better experience. I had found the stove on Craigslist, and replied to the post with my name and number. Within minutes I was contacted, and in less than 24 hours, the stove was in my house.
Infinite Appliance went out of their way to help me, even contacting a parts store for a propane conversion kit.
The delivery service was right on time, and very helpful!
I will without a doubt be recommending Infinite Appliance to others, and will certainly come back to them for all of my appliance needs.

This is what customer service is all about!!! Anyone can sell a product, but do they stand by the product??? DO they provide customer service or is it just talk??? Infinite Appliance does that at and more. I bought a used refrigerator and they gave me a warranty. A month after the purchase it had a problem. I called them and they got on it right away. I had a repairman over within minutes. They made sure fridge was running 100%. Repairman was NOT satisfied and felt issue was not like new. He made a call and Rafael the owner called me and told me he was sending over a NEW fridge over and that he will always take care of his people no matter what. He came through and made it all happen. I am a customer for life!!! This place is a great place to save money and get great service.

SAVED $ 150 on a used stove, they delivered to Sunnyvale and the installers were great.

The description was spot on and we negotiated a very fair price that included delivery and removal of my old stove. The service here is awesome! I felt very comfortable buying a used dryer here. It came with a 60 day warrantee. He also provided a dryer vent tube for free. I’d buy here again.

We had a really good experience here. The man who helped us was really pleasant to work with and fair on price. They exchanged longer hookups at no extra cost and offered me cold water too! Overall a great experience at infinite appliance!

Great customer service, clean appliances, extremely friendly staff and very reasonable prices. We’ve been to many used appliance places lately and this place far exceeded all others. There was not a single other used appliances store (and we went to several in the South Bay) that impressed us like Infinite did.
Thank you Rafael for being so friendly and accommodating. You made our purchase of a washer/​dryer set so easy and stress free. We’ve already hooked up our new set and ran it through a few loads. Works perfectly! And with a 60 day guarantee I feel very confident we will be taken care of if anything does go wrong.

My Frigidaire Affinity Washer died (well a piece of clothing got stuck between inner and outer drums, preventing the drum from turning properly and to repair people told me the labor costs would make fixing the problem uneconomic as well as consuming more time than I had available).
Looking for a washer on Craig’s List, I stumbled on an Electrolux Washer-​Dryer matched set at Infiite Appliance. I was immediately impressed with the courteousness, knowledge, and helpfulness of Raphael, who answered the phone and said they’d be happy to come out and give me an offer to buy my machines and install any replacements that I wanted. Deciding that the fastest and cheapest way to move on this would be to bring my machines to Infiinite Appliance and, all being well with seeing the Electrolux machines in person, I could return home with them right away. Raphael was very flexible on this and very generous with his time helping me. So, the next day, I squeezed both of my appliances into the back of my car and drove from Oakland to San Jose for an appraisal of exchange value for the Electrolux set. We came to what I believe is a very fair agreement. Raphael helped me squeeze his two machines into my car and, with a detour to Lowe’s SF to secure a stacking kit right away (Raphael had kindly offered to order one for me but my impatience got the better of me LOL), I had both machines stacked and installed by nightfall. After the completion of 8 loads of laundry during the last few hours, I can say that both machines work very well –they’re much quieter than the machines they replaced. Another impressive feature was Infinite Appliance’s willingness to offer a warranty on these machines without their installing them for me. All of this was conducted late on a Saturday and then completed on Sunday. This is a new venture for Raphael and his brother. Help make it the success it deserves to be … These guys work hard and deserve your business as much as you deserve their excellent service! Despite the distance from Oakland, I’d come to Infinite Appliance in a heartbeat if I needed an appliance.

If you are in the area, Infinite Appliances is the place to go! They got me a great washer and dryer for a fair price with a level of service and friendliness that is hard to beat. They had a wide variety of options in store, helped me to find the right fit for me quickly, delivered the very next morning, and installed everything professionally in a couple of minutes. And on top of all of that they gave me a warranty for parts and labour! What else do you want?

Infinite Appliance is a must-​see! Not only do they provide brand name products at an affordable price but they also have great customer service! They really take the time to assist you and find products that best fit your needs. What makes their products more ideal is their 90-​day warranty. If something goes wrong, they’ll assist in any way possible, via phone or on-​site, if necessary. Also, installation is quick and at a low cost. Two thumbs up!

You will not find another company that is willing to go out of their way like Infinite Appliances does. Owner personally came to my house to install a new plug into my dryer at no charge because my wall outlet was for an oven. Very rarely do you find people who are skilled in their trade and know what true customer service is. Don’t hesitate to purchase any appliances as there as they they have 90 day warranty and best prices in town and the nicest people you could ever expect to meet.

I would like to say Thank you to both Susan and Pedro. We love our LG dryer! Prices are well reasonable with anyone with a budget in mind. I have first stumbled across Infinite Appliance by accident on Craigslist when I was in the market for an Electric dryer for my parents. Called to inquire and spoke to Susan who was very nice and helpful. I have asked about a specific listing that was posted for some time and found out it was still available. She was happy to put the dryer on hold for me even though it was a first come first serve basis for customers to come in and choose appliances. When I got there to checkout the dryer that was on hold, I noticed they had other dryers that were top of the line such as LG, Whirlpool etc. I actually got a LG DLE0442W that normally runs upwards of $ 700 to $ 900. But I got s sweet deal and paid hundreds less as advertised anywhere else. Pedro was very nice and helpful and guaranteed that all appliances are certified and reconditioned to as new out the door with an immediate 3 months warranty including in home service if anything goes wrong. Please keep in mind that this is a used appliances store. I am very happy with my purchase and looking forward to come back to purchase appliances from them again.
