AJ and his technician did an excellent job of power washing my deck today. the has been covered wiht dust, pollen, bird droppings and tree saps. within an hour, they were able to clean out almost all of them. I am very pleased. They are polite and professional. deffinately recommend them to other. thanks guys.

The first experience two years ago was so positive; this time, not so. Jet supervised an assistant. The chemical removed paint from our patio furniture. Jet neglected to move the chairs where they would not be impacted by the chemicals. The job was about a C-​, compared to the job two years ago, and A. The cost was high.

I had this company sanitize our tile roof. The owner AJ Dhanowa was very professional and friendly. He answered all the questions that I asked him about the cleaning process. His cost for his service was reasonable and that I would recommend him if anyone need to have their roof clean using the soft wash method.

Decided to go with Illuminate Palace since the owner AJ was very professional and well knowledgeable about the process and current situation of our home. He pointed out the concerns such as mold and that certain areas of the home needed to be treated with sensitivity during the cleaning process as not cause damage. We just purchased our multi-​million dollar home which was neglected for years and in one day AJ and his team completed the service and our new home now looks «Illuminated». My house was built in the 80’s and it was time to give the exterior an uplift before the holiday season. We had a mass buildup of Algae and Moss on our roof and wanted it removed before we had our house painted as recommended by the painter. We contacted A.J. on 11/​20/​2013 (the day before Thanksgiving), he shows up at our house on 11/​21/​2013 (Thanksgiving Day) to perform the job, and was able to get the outside of our home painted on the 11/​25/​2013 which is the following Monday.
I couldn’t believe how much stuff came off my roof and there were clumps of algae and moss about the size of a baseball. A.J.‘s assistant made sure that all the debris off the roof was swept up and the concrete was washed cleaned.
The exterior of our home is now painted, roof looks spotless, renovations complete and it feels like we moved into a brand new home. Thanks Illuminate Palace Power Wash Services!

This was our first experience with Illuminate Palace Power Wash, but it certainly won’t be our last. We’d have absolutely no reason to call anyone else.
It’s important to note that the owner, A.J., employs a «soft wash» system on your house, relying upon biodegradable chemicals instead of raw pressure to do the work. This means less wear and tear on your home and gets rid of pesky molds that might have accumulated in damp spaces. However, where pressure wash is more effective (i.e. concrete sidewalks), he uses that method.
The bottom line is that we felt that A.J. and his assistant treated our property as though it were their own., and the result is gleaming! What more could you ask?

For BBQs, family get together, and summer time fun in the backyard upon us, I was a bit embarrassed of the state of my wood deck in the backyard. Over 10 years of annual pain staking sanding and weather proofing this deck took a beating every summer.
Got a referral for Illuminate Power Wash Services and AJ came out and gave me a quote. He was on time, very professional and thoroughly explained the process and possible results due to the years of pre-​treatment the deck went through. Due to the years of weather proofing and couple of layers of stain, it was tough job (see before pic’s) that AJ took care for me in a few hours.
I was blown away of the results from his process of removing the old stains and weather proofing, cleaning and sealing. I am very happy with the results (see after pics) and told AJ that I want this done annually before summer season. I am extremely happy with the results and can’t wait to start hosting BBQs and family get together again.

Recently I’ve noticed that there was a huge buildup of algae and moss on my roof so i decided to ask around about getting a power wash done and one of my friends recommended Illuminate Palace Power Wash Services. I called to make an appointment and AJ (the owner) had an appointment the next day. He was very professional and also pointed out how he can restore my fence, and that my driveway could be power washed also to remove all the dirt and gunk that’s been built up over the years. His pricing was really fair also so we made an appointment to get everything done. AJ showed up on time as promised. He started with the roof and really took his time and did a thorough job. I couldn’t believe the difference it made when he was done, looked like a new roof! After he restored my fence (which i was planning on replacing, and now i don’t have to anymore) and he did a great job on that also. After all of that, he started on the driveway which was really dirty from dirt, gum stains, oil and just build up over the years. After he was done it really looked like a whole new driveway, i was really impressed. AJ also came by the next day just to make sure he didn’t miss any spots which i thought was really great because he really went out of his way to make sure a good job was done. So overall i would recommend Illuminate Palace Power Wash Services to anyone looking for exterior cleaning of their home!
