It worried me when I read the first review, after I’d already committed(paid my service). My experience was not bad at all. I booked one air ticket for my son. The lady, Jo, was very friendly and responsive. She called me back as what she promised, and found me a pretty good deal. She even told me the time she’d take vacation so that I was aware and not be surprised. teh other person, David, who helped me on the visa application, was very friendly aslo. the fact that it’s such a small office — kind of one-man-band — does have impact on the level of services, that I’d waited for longer time to process the paper work. I guess we need to accept the fact that we’re getting good prices and should bear the limitation they have. At least, they’re trying their best to serve us. thank you, jo and david.

Again, I wish I had a choice not to give this shit even a star. Three words for you as viewers are: DONOTGO! Problems: 1. The lady who I dealt with is called Jo Lau. She is a bit of shit — never understands anything in any language and yet has to seize the floor to talk and dominate. She would show disgrace even when you don’t mind paying more for a more flexible ticket, isn’t it weird?! 2. Messed up my itinerary and offered no apologies and emphasized without any grounds that there is nothing she can do — even the airline staff said she is the source of the mistake. 3. The amount she charged me is different from the one shown on the credit card — tell you something? 4. Promised to call you back and never did. Wrote down your number and suggested when to call you back and never did. You called her back the next day and she would give you a bunch of reasons such as she left the number on the desk /she forgot /its too late for her to contact the customer, etc. And yes, absent of apologies. 5. The drama queen also never explains the conditions of the ticket to a customer. When you said you wanted to change schedule, she would tell you that there would be a penalty and blame you not to do it sooner and the time frame I was talking about is just freaking 2 days. 6. I just thought you should avoid her because she is retarded.
