History
Established in 2005.
Established in 2005
SJGI was formed in January 2005 by a group of Gastroenterologists and Hepatologists who received specialized training in the diagnosis and management of intestinal disorders and liver diseases. Today, we are still dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of a wide array of gastrointestinal, liver, and biliary tract diseases with innovative methods that improve patient care. As a group of board certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine physicians, we provide expert diagnostic and therapeutic management of digestive and liver diseases and specialized treatments and procedures.
SJGI has a close working relationship with the GI Division, Liver Cancer Center, and Liver Transplant Programs at Stanford University, UCSF, and California Pacific Medical Center. This network helps our physicians obtain tertiary care for liver cancer, liver transplantation, and special procedures for our patients in need.
