My wife and I happened upon Diane Grant at an open house that she was listing in the Silver Creek area. At that point we enlisted Diane Grant to represent us as a buyer and it proved to be the best decision that we made during our home-​buying journey.
Diane defines the word professional as she made us feel like we were her only client. She guided us through the entire process, following up with all parties involved (including 3^rd party home inspectors) and quickly returned every phone call I made to her (and believe me, I made plenty). She attended every home inspection, appraisal and walk-​through; she even attended our doc signing at the title company to ensure everything went smooth. Between her and her husband Scott, you’re leveraging over 50 years of knowledge in the real-​estate industry and that is a great asset to have in your corner during the often stressful home buying experience. This is the second move where the Grant’s have represented us as buyers, and we’ve also had the Grants represent us as sellers once in the past as well. In every instance, they’ve done a spectacular job, going above and way beyond my expectations, based on my interactions with other real estate agents. The Grants are very detail oriented, organized and professional in every manner. They continually follow up with all parties involved in the real estate process, and I feel good knowing they’ve got my back when trying to negotiate the deal. Some agents will lose their motivation, lose track of details or fail to follow through on commitments once the deal is closed, but the Grants really do a great job with follow through, and staying organized with all the details. They’re very persistent at making sure their clients needs are met. Very friendly and easy to work with. Moving and negotiating a deal on a new home can be a very stressful experience, but the Grants’ wealth of experience and diligence at taking care of business really helped put my mind at ease.
