She is the San Francisco Bay area’s première expert on the emerging problem of ‘diabulimia’ — diabetics who deliberately skip or reduce their insulin in an effort to lose weight.
Grace is a private practice dietitian with over 20 years of experience in the field of pediatric nutrition. She offers workshops and presentations on a variety of nutrition subjects, such as living with celiac disease, managing diabetes, and getting kids to eat vegetables.
