2.5 years ago, they painted my Acura. I noticed that the clear coat peeling. A few months later, the paint was cracked all over the hood. It was either poor paint job or cheap paint.
However, Jose took responsibility and repainted the car. Afterwards he said, «Call me if you have any other issues». I appreciate his commitment to customer service.

Wow these guys are good. Jose came to my house and gave me an estimate that was ¹⁄₃ less than the local competitors. I had some rust on my 5 year old Highlander that needed to be removed and various other dings and scratches. I got my car back today and it looks like brand new. He even picked up my car and delivered it to my home in Palo Alto for FREE.
In addition, my back automatic liftgate opener had not been working for two years. Toyota wanted to charge me $ 3,000 to fix it saying it needed a whole new system. Jose fixed it with a simple adjustment.
My trusted mechanic had recommended these guys and he was absolutely right.

After going around to over 8 places around San Jose to try and find the best price I came across General Collision Center around just after closing. One of the Associates — Ivan, was in the parking lot talking to some of his fellow colleagues. He looked at my car and gave me a very reasonable price which was the best estimate I was given. Ivan made the entire experience a pleasant one and gave me an estimated time frame in which the car would be done which was definitely met. Not only did they do an outstanding job but they did it correctly. I will definitely be taking my car here from now on if I come across any more mishaps. Highly recommend this place

General Collision Center was recommended to me by my auto mechanic whom I trust implicitly. My Acura was hit by a delivery van while parked in a parking lot. The damage didn’t look too bad initially, but structural damage to the frame was revealed after the bumper and back quarter panel were removed.
Jose and the guys at General Collision Center did a wonderful job repairing my car. They were very honest and straight forward with me. They told me what they were going to do and they delivered. As a female who is very knowledgeable about cars and has restored a few on my own, I appreciate when someone deals straight with me. You wouldn’t believe the BS I have been told over the years!
Jose also did a wonderful job of dealing with the insurance company and getting the repair allowance increased to cover the structural damage. They accomplished everything in a very short amount of time and I didn’t have to do a thing. Their customer service is impeccable and the quality of their work is outstanding. I highly recommend them!
