First Health Clinic

If I could give less than 1 star I absolutely would! I went in February of this year for a sore throat. I was charged an $ 80 copay because they weren’t able to get ahold of my insurance company. I was so sick that I went ahead and paid $ 80 when I actually only have a $ 20 copay. They only accepted cash so I had to go to the laundry next door and take out cash and give it to the receptionist. Btw she said I would get my money back as soon as they contacted my insurance company the next morning.
Weeks passed, I wasn’t contacted and nothing was mailed to me. When I finally decided to call (something I don’t like to do) they said I would be getting a check in the mail for the $ 60 over paid. Two weeks later I get a check in the mail for $ 54.50 when I called they said I owed $ 5 from. . Get this.. 2 years ago! Why didn’t I get a statement in 2 years? Oh and they charged $ 0.50 for the stamp. Really though??! Last time I ever go to them. The Dr. over prescribed too. I only took one of the three medications he prescribed and I was totally fine. They over charge, over prescribe and just lost a customer over $ 5.50. Don’t go here. You’ll end up sick to your stomach from all the drama.. .

So glad we went here. No wait, friendly staff, and the Dr was super helpful and down to earth. In and out the door in 20 minutes. We drove 10 minutes down the freeway to go here instead of a more expensive urgent care clinic. Very happy with the decision.
