Field Of Green Synthetic Grass Solutions

I’m writing this for balance. I too was attracted by the great Unilocal reviews. Rory give a great sales presentation. After that good start it went bad. No follow up with email of project proposal as promised. Not even after I called him. So I called the owner, Brian, and then a proposal arrived.
I received proposals from other quality vendors and responded to Rory requesting improvement in pricing to be more competitive with other companies for our large home project, just as I did others. No response. I called after a few days and left voice message (he never answers his calls). I called again. Then I again contacted the owner because this was such unusual behavior for a sales rep, emailing him the entire story and what I simply wanted so we could proceed (they would have got the job). No response… this just gets stranger that a company who is in final negotiations and is acting like they don’t want the work? So I moved on.
Literally 3 weeks later I get a brief email from the absentee owner offering me $ 350 off a $ 25,000 project. Really? I rarely rant or give such a poor review but I feel in the spirit of «Buyer Beware» that if you’re shopping for artificial grass (a very expensive home improvement) there are more responsive companies with even better materials at slightly more competitive prices.

Field of Green (Golf Greens by Forever Lawn) did a great job installing our synthetic putting green in our backyard. Completed in one day, 15′ x 8′ green. It rolls really well, with 5 hole locations and though the land is flat, they added some slight mounding to imitate breaking putts, which it does.
They were not the cheapest, but reasonably priced.
