I regret ever letting this guy work on my teeth. Several years ago I had a back molar in good condition with a good crown on it that wasn’t causing me any trouble at all. Dr. Ferguson insisted on removing the crown to see if there was any decay under it. I kept telling him that I never had any problems with it at all, but he said he wouldn’t repair some minor issues on a few other teeth until he worked on this tooth. Well there wasn’t any decay and then I had to have a root canal because of the trauma to the tooth from removing the crown. Dr. Ferguson never informed me about a root canal beforehand and all the work that would be needed to restore the tooth. I went to an endodontist who performed the root canal and then to another dentist who put in a post and a core build up and finally a new crown. I had a good live tooth that never gave me any problems at all and what I got in return was thousands of dollars in expense and a lot of pain and suffering. With all the dentists out there, there are much better choices than this one.

I have been going to Dr. Ferguson ever since he took the Willow Glen practice over from my prior dentist, several years ago, and his work has been outstanding. He reviews all care options but never pushes for any unnecessary procedures, as I’d experienced with some dentists in the distant past. I’ve found Pam to be the best hygienist I’ve ever been to, and Rose is always friendly and accommodating whenever I call or visit the office.

Dr. Ferguson is an amazing dentist, his dental hygienists are great. I love all of them. This review is not regarding them; but regarding the front desk operator, Rose. Each time I go there I dread seeing her or even dread calling to schedule my appointments through her. She’s very unfriendly and snappy. If it weren’t for the good quality dental service I would have never put up with her attitude. When I go there she doesn’t greet me and just looks sad/​unhappy. She would spend a minute trying to schedule an appointment that works with your calendar but after a min she starts snapping around and gets impatient forcing you to go with options months and months out into the future not realizing that this causes them to miss an opportunity to make revenue sooner. Maybe they don’t need the money or maybe she’s just a pain in the neck.
When going over the billing details with her, she assumes everyone is a billing specialist. She doesn’t explain things clearly and makes you feel stupid.

I just had a filling done by Dr. Ferguson and staff and I have to say it was a great experience. I have always had a fear of dentists since my teenage years but that is not the case today. Dr. Ferguson and his staff really invest time in their patients to make them feel comfortable and relaxed before the procedure. I can honestly say I hardly felt the shot and the next thing I know he was drilling and then he was done — WOW, great experience!

This office is a well oiled machine — from scheduling, to courtesy reminders, to appointments starting on time. The Dr. and all his staff are very nice and make uncomfortable procedures about as painless as possible. If I enjoyed dental work, I would come here more often just to hang out!

Dr Bob is fantastic. Pam is the best dental hygenist. Never had any issues, great staff. Its actually fun to go visit the dentists!

Dr. Ferguson is amazing. We have been going to him for the past several years. He is a great dentist! He is always looking out for the best interest of his patients. Everyone in the office is great for that matter. Pam is a great hygienist. Dr. Ferguson corrected a lot of dental issues I have had from a previous dentist and everything came out great. I highly recommend this team.

Dr. Bob is our favorite. He is so mellow and easy going — really puts me at ease and I have never liked going to dentists. He does the best work and really knows what he is doing. The whole office is great. We recommend him to everyone nearby.

I’ve been going to this office since 1997 before the practice was taken over by Ferguson a few years later. Found out about that lil bit of trivia today when chatting with Rose and Pam in the front office who have been working there since before I began going regularly. I referred my parents back in 1998 and they loved going as well.
From top to bottom, everyone there is absolutely fantastic!!! If you’re in need of a great crew of people to rely on… GO HERE!!!
I had braces for 4 years when I was in school, so going to the dentist is just not my thing. I’ve done my time. But going here is fun actually. On a personal level, I like going to catch up on each other’s lives. Rose works the front desk and is really sweet and very patient… especially when I habitually reschedule my appointments because I happen to find something else to do rather than have a teeth cleaning… which could be cleaning out the cat litter boxes. Pam… who does my teeth cleaning, does a fantastic job despite all my gripe and protesting about my flossing habits –or lack thereof. I’m not talking about clean choppers, I mean as in minimal to no discomfort or pain. All while being able to watch TV and channel surf.
And at the end of it all, Dr. Ferguson is the best. Just a really nice guy, fun to laugh with and performs great dental work on fillings; advice and whatever else you need. The team that works there is great because they love working with him, and it shows.
So if you’re looking for a replacement or just want to change things up, by all means, make an appointment with Rose to go see Dr. Ferguson.

I have been seeing Dr. Ferguson for over 5 years now. I can count on Dr. Ferguson and his staff to provide friendly and professional service. Dr. Ferguson spends time with you and is not «in and quickly out» like a few other dentists I have seen in my years. I have relied on Dr. Ferguson for his professional opinion and he will always call you back and spend sufficient time answering questions. Dr. Ferguson makes you feel like are someone special and not just another paying patient.

I’ve been to a lot of dentists and this office is my favorite. They CARE about my teeth. Really care, like if I get old and my teeth fall out it will be their fault, not mine… I have to say that I love Pam, the lady who cleans my teeth the most. The dentist himself has a personality that should be in politics (I think he went into dentistry just to have a captive audience). He always remembers everything about my life and needs to catch up on recent developments. The receptionist, Rose, is like one of the family. My teeth have never been healthier. I have movie star teeth now.

I have been to Dr. Ferg more than I care to admit in the past two years… but now I’m all fixed !! …gotta keep flossin’ tho
Very friendly and caring office staff, every single one of them! I highly recommend his practice if you are looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Ferguson is the best dentist ever. He is so patient and kind and he knows what he’s doing. He is extremely trustworthy and I always feel safe in his dentist chair, and for a girl who hates the dentist, this is a huge step for me.

Dr. Bob is my new favorite dentist. His staff is quite attentive and they seem up to date on the latest techniques. The office is clean and never seems crowded.
The real treat though is Dr. Bob himself. The man loves to chat and is always ready with a laugh or funny story. Though I am a relatively new patient to his office, I find that he is the epitome of competence and extremely personable. Thanks Dr Bob!

Dr. Ferguson and his staff are awesome. He is super competent, easy going and very infomative. I agree with the other reviewer that when he gives shots, it doesn’t hurt. LIttle things like that make it a lot more palatable going to the dentist. Both my husband and I have been going to him for several years and we very happy with him. Not to mention the rest of the staff are always friendly and cheerful.

I’ve been going to Dr. Ferguson since I was a little kid (I’m 26 now!) and he has always been the best dentist! He is very nice, gets to know his patients and is always informative on his procedures. And when he gives a shot, it doesn’t hurt (believe it!). His staff is very friendly and nice. They even sent me a «congratulations» card when I got married. Most people hate going to the dentist, but I don’t mind!
