The place is clean and not expensive. I’ ve been coming here for a year now and the experience is different. Sometimes I like the person which does a massage, so I m trying to return to the same one. The working people don’t stay long at this place, not sure why. Sometimes I get absolutely horrible massage and always tell the owner about it. So overall it is OK place for the price if you get lucky.

I really like this place for an Asian foot massage, which is actually a full body massage in clothes. As others have said, they have a great intake process, where you can specify if you don’t want them to massage certain body parts or want them to focus on others. The price, as with most Asian foot spas, can’t be beat. I’ve always walked in without an appointment, and have never had to wait. The ambiance is very nice for this type of place… strip mall, but it doesn’t feel like it when they take you into the «group» massage room. Each of the different masseuses that I’ve had has provided me with a great massage. I’ve never left disappointed.

I’ve had mixed experiences here. Its true that they don’t really speak or understand much English and that is where the problems come from. The first time I went, I asked for the $ 15 massage during «happy hour» which was advertised in a huge banner on their sign. She told me it was an old banner and now it is $ 20. WTF? I had to go outside and read the sign and threaten to report them to the BBB before she would honor the pricing. Honestly, its completely illegal. But I liked the massage and for that price… great value.
I’ve been back there maybe four times since then and have had good experiences each time. Sometimes it hurts a little, but I just endure it and everything is relaxed when I leave. One time I was actually sore the next day. I dunno. I usually ask for medium light, but I should ask for light.
It is clean. They have followed the same routine each time. They all seem nice enough, but don’t bother trying even the most basic of instructions unless you speak Mandarin.
Overall, how can anyone complain about a $ 20 massage when you can easily spend over $ 100 right down the street in LG and get a marginally better massage?

I love this place. I’ve been reluctant to leave a review because I don’t want my secret oasis to get too busy. Just came back from a 90 minute massage & I feel soo relaxed. Everytime I arrive I am welcomed like a long lost friend! I especially love the hot tea at the end of the session.
So you can go, but know once you do, you’ll be addicted just like me! I warned you!

We stopped in Saturday evening and each had the $ 19.95 massage. The temperature in the large was comfortable, the beds were very comfortable, and the massage very good!
What added to the massage experience was that you could not hear street noise in the massage area and the masseuses did not have their phones on them, thus no ringing phones. Unlike so many other places for the masseuses talk back-​and-​forth to each other that did not occur either.

Very nice place; Japanese style walls, comfy beds, very quiet, and efficient. I really liked how they had a little intake type form where you could request light, medium or firm, and highlight problem areas like lower back, or a particularly tight shoulder. I requested firm, and drew their attention to a left hip problem, and they really spent extra time and attention to those areas. Awesome job! Really straightened me out!

Absolutely horrible! I’d never come here again! My mom got up and walked out because of how bad this experience was. We made an appointment for three, and when we got there they greeted us and gave us tables. Our friend got her massage right away, my mother had to wait about ten minutes for her massage and nobody came to give me a massage for 25 minutes!!! Can you believe that? Left me sitting there for that long! I paid for an hour long massage and only got 30 minutes because they decided to be this way, my mom got so irritated and walked out because they are horrible at what they do and the whole time my girl is HURTING ME. I’m saying «ouch» out loud and resisting but she just keeps pulling me in uncomfortable positions and pushed as hard as she can into my skull!!! Hate hate hate avoid avoid avoid! Gonna get the charges off of my credit card asap!

This place is great! Plus they have a $ 15.99 happy hour massage between 10am and 1pm Mon thru Thur. Other times are $ 19.99 an hour. Often they are as good as an $ 80 an hour massage.

This place was good for $ 15 an hour massage!
Did the whole body, focused on areas I wanted, and perfect level of firmness. The ambiance here was also incredible. So clean, quiet, and soothing music. Also the lotion smelled nice.
People were also very kind and they gave us little cups of water at the end. So cute, and all smiles. Would come back.
UPDATE: I came back a second time, and this time i asked for a more firm massage. It hurt this time because they kept rubbing my bone/​spine, not exactly my muscle.
As long as they do a «lighter massage session» it’s great, but when asking for firm, it’s not quite what I expected. :/​
Other than that friendly staff :)

If I was reviewing this place based solely on the customer service I received from the front counter guy, before my massage and after his rudeness, it would be have been a one star review!
We walked in the gentleman at the front counter greeted us and gave us a paper to fill out which I thought was neat, because no other massage place I’ve ever been to has this.
They ask you to fill out on the paper what areas you want them to focus on and to what degree of pressure.
We handed him the paper and he said «pay now!»
Which was odd. I’ve never paid before a massage. …I mean we’re not in Oakland here. .wtf?! But I paid and went back. I really like the ambiance and the way they have it set up its very clean and very roomy in there. Music playing softly in the background, which sounded as if it were in overhead speakers, which was really nice.
My massage was very good. If I were reviewing just his service I’d give 4 stars because he was good, I’d minus a star, because not only does he NOT speak or understand one word of English, but he doesn’t know what the sound «OW» means! I said «OW» a few times and he just kept going like he didn’t hear any noises coming out of me and at one point almost killing me!
Bathroom was very clean and up to date, which is nice.
I will go back.

My usual go to places were already booked on the night I really wanted to get foot massages. So I took this as an opportunity to try out new place.
This place had some mixed reviews but I gave a try anyway. I got a masseuse whose name I will not disclose here, who did not speak a word of English was JUST TOUCHING MY BODY. For those who don’t know, typical procedure at foot massage are (1) face/​head, (2) arms, (3) legs, and you get up and turn and lay on your belly down, then (4) back.
Stage (1) «face/​head» was okay. It almost felt like spa, with all the fancy figure technique. Then stage (2) «arms» is where it started to go south. She was just touching. So, I asked her to do it harder. She was like, what harder?! After a few minutes of trial and error, she started pinching me. Ouch. Since I was the one who did ask for «harder», I just decided to endure and let it go.
At stage (3) «legs», she was just spreading oil on my legs. Up and down. Side by side. You know how you put sunscreen (or sun tan oil) on your body when you’re lying by the pool? Yep, just like that. I have never ever walked out of massage, but this was it. But not just yet, since I was swamped in body oil. I waited until she cleansed it up.
As I was leaving, the receptionist asked what happened. I told him what happened and he admitted that she was too inexperienced to be on the floor. He didn’t offer to refund money, and I didn’t care. I even tipped her properly; I just know I’m not ever coming back here.

Visually pleasing due to it being new. Was looking forward to this place since I live literally a block away but what a let down. I feel like all foot spas are a hit or miss but I just left and won’t be coming back. The front desk lady was nice but my massage was half assed and the lady was very jerky when moving me opposed to being gentle and to top it off after I payed the receptionist she waited for me to tip her and I went to hand her cash and she fuxking ripped the money from my hand turned around and walked away. No thank, no smile, nothing. HA WHAT A JOKE. Definitely stay away so many spas better than this. New does not mean better.

The absolute worst massage that I have ever had. The woman who is also a manager/​owner decided to use me as her personal punching bag. All while wearing the longest angry frown on her face the entire time. She decided to begin the massage with a very pleasant digging of her nails into my scalp and repeatedly pulling in a upward motion like a cat would do in it’s litter box. Next she moved on to my neck and trapezius region. Lotion must have been scarce because she didn’t use any to repeatedly pinch and dig her finger tips into the pressure points on my upper neck and shoulder region. I work in EMS and we use that technique to wake up drunk patients but not with the aggressive nature she did it with. Next she moved on to my hands and arms violently swinging them back to my side after they had decided that they had undergone enough torture. Next to my calf and shins. She repeatedly allowed her nails to find my pressure point and nerve endings in my legs and went to down with zero due regard… Finally I had enough and plucked my wife and left with them chasing us out the door to offer us another therapist and coupons for next time. For next time?!! Psssh! Please avoid this place unless you like to role play being in a torture chamber

Don’t go here, it’s not relaxing. They do not understand light pressure. Also my friend who likes strong/​heavy pressure said her guy kept pinching her. The employees in the back don’t know how to whisper and the lighting in there is not dark enough to be relaxing.
The place is new and it is well decorated, however they might not be finished with all the construction. It’s very warm inside and I start to sweat so again, it just wasn’t relaxing.

The intake form was brilliant. It allowed me to communicate, but useless since it was not followed. AT ALL. I used the red pen to circle MY WHOLE HEAD, ended up getting a head massage TWICE. One person started my massage, covering the head and neck. Another one took over and started back at my head. Head massage = 20 minutes.
…and they started the massage 10 minutes late. 50 minute massage. Got short changed! FML lol
I STILL gotta give it to them. Technique, cleanliness, and attention to detail… on point!
