Expresso Limousine Service

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with this service! We used this service to get to and from a wedding and NEVER AGAIN.
* There was USED ice in the back of the limo
* No fresh water — no water bottles
* Driver had a bad attitude
* Air Conditioning did not work in the back leaving several in the party sweaty especially on their backs — not cute when several of those in the limo were a part of the groom and bridal party
* Driver would not pull over to try and fix the air conditioning, instead he ignored us
* Driver only put one hour on his contract and stated we had rent the limo for a minimum of 3 hrs at 1.5 hrs each way to and from our destination
*Driver took the long way home, then had the nerve to say we owed him 45 minutes for being 15 minutes late (he stated we would be home by 12am)
*Driver would not leave and continued to harrass us that we owed him 45 minutes extra time for being 15 minutes late. It took one of the guys in our party to give the driver 60 dollars to leave.
* The person who set up the contract had even still given him more than 18% tip of which he did not deserve and he still wouldn’t leave until another person in the party gave him $ 60
*Never have GEORGIO for a driver!

We booked Expresso for our wedding. We had spoken with the company several times to talk about where we wanted to go on our wedding day. The driver showed up and didn’t know where to go. He also did not know his way around San Francisco and didn’t bring a GPS. We had to yell directions to him from the back. He was really negative from the start and immediately told us «there’s no way we are going to all those places». After the driver dropped us off we went inside. The driver aggressively followed me arund trying to shake my hand and say thank you in an attempt to get a tip. We called to complain and kept getting the run around. The person I talked to promised a manager would call me back. Me and my wife tried several times to get in touch with someone to talk about our experience and got no help.

I booked Expresso Limo for a wedding! The chauffeur was early, dressed elegantly in nice black suit with his cute chauffeur cap and white gloves! The Black Hummer fit 21 people, more than I expected. It was clean, fresh carpets, real wine glasses, not plastic but they were there if we wanted them. Chauffeur was friendly, accomodating to our needs and helped us with whatever we neeeded. My parents were very impressed with their service! The Bride n Groom agreed that an elegant limo only made their special day more eloquent!

Amazing Service! The limo was on time and ready to go. Customer service was great, respectful and polite. I can guarantee that I will be going with this company again!

We booked a Limo to take our family to the airport.
On the outbound trip the drive showed up 25 minutes late. He was also very unpleasant and seemed angry that we would give him directions from our house to the freeway that were different from his GPS. (We of course drive this every day and know the most direct route.)
It gets far worse. Our flight arrived in San Francisco at 11:59 PM and they failed to show up!!! We had little kids that were crying and had to search desperately for alternate transportation. We finally found two smaller cars to take us – and of course had to pay a huge premium. We called Expresso and they agreed to refund our money and pay the difference, but never followed through and will not return our calls. We are considering legal action.
Suggest you never consider this company!
