Wanted to check this place out but the hours and location are wrong on Unilocal.Ended up parking in the wrong place because of that and walking for 20 minutes to get there.
The place was closed with no hours posted during a time that Unilocal said they were open. Ended up wasting over an hour of my day for no reason.
Definitely not worth the trouble of finding the place if they can’t even update their Unilocal page.

Service:
The person who helped us explained the ins & outs of vaping. We came in because we were attracted to the smokiness of the space… Then he came up to us (I think his name was Ansel). He was super friendly and shared with us lots of 411 about local gear like Cuckui.
Concept:
Apparently, San Jose State banned smoking, so, for smokers who are using the juice vape– it’s a good spot. I don’t smoke, so, although it’s a dope place for folks who like it, I don’t care too much for the vape bar. I like hookah, so I might do it if they had it.
Ambiance:
Fresh, local art. Hawaiian/​/​Pacific coast vibe.
Love this spot. Dope gear. Not for people who hate smoking and things related to smoking. Also, on Unilocal it said I’d get a free key chain. Didn’t have one for me at the store. Still good vibes.

The location is great– downtown, very short walk from the light rail station. The staff is very knowledgable and helpful. They won’t hesitate to talk with you to get what you desire. Builds are super cheap. Super friendly atmosphere here. Elements has a good variety of juices at good prices, and you get 2 bucks off when you buy two. Personally this is the best vape bar/​shop I’ve been to. It’s definitely a second home for me, not because I’m here all the time (which I am), but because everyone at elements makes you feel at home and that’s what I love about this place. Ask for Nick, Ansel, or Sean. They know their stuff and are friendly AF.

Everyone is really cool and chill. They really care about the customers, and aren’t only kind because they can make sales but because they choose to be. Shout out to Nick and all the rest!

Elements SJ is the go to spot, especially for everyone around the SJSU campus vicinity. All the staff are well knowledgeable, answering all my vaping questions and always accommodating my needs! Huge juice and accessory inventory ensures that my vaping experience never gets boring. Their new location definitely makes it a great place to chill!

I love coming to Elements because the staff is friendly, ambiance is great, and they always play great music! The new location is an amazing hang out spot to hang out with friends or to get homework done. It’s nice and spacious with a ping pong table! The new store is placed in a nice downtown location with a lot of foot traffic and places to eat!

Came into their old location and was helped by this guy named Hansel. Very friendly guy. He was chucking these huge clouds. Answered all of my questions and made sure I was set up with a vape that I was comfortable using and that was safe.
Visited their new location and it still has an intimate environment. I can come to the shop and chill for hours on end. The staff is very friendly and their juice selection is great. They also have a ping pong table and a jumbo connect 4 you can play with!
Prime spot in DTSJ and its right next to Philz Coffee as well! Dope.
Overall. Great experience every time I visit. Five stars well earned.

Me and a friend came here yesterday looking to restock on juices. There were two employees and four customers total, yet they didn’t give us (nor the other two customers) much attention at all. All they were doing was chopping it up with each other, making it very awkward to ask to try anything. It seriously felt like they weren’t interested in selling anything, so we left in a very bad mood. There are a lot of better vape shops in the bay with a hell of a lot better service.
PS Juices are mainly of the dripping variety, very dessert heavy, and a lot of sold out selections.

Elements SJ has been conveniently located next to school, Philz, and other downtown restaurants. Inside you will find a spacious setting and the same awesome wood inspired décor as the older shop.
As for vaping selection, they have a variety of mods, attys, and setups for your budget and taste. Juice selection is always diverse, and the service is always great here. I usually get builds from Ansel. But as a regular at the shop, the other guys are always welcoming too. Shoutout to Nick, Sean, Brandon and Alex!
Not only that, but it’s a cool spot to kick it or do some work.
If you’re interested in buying San Jose local clothing, look no further because it’s all in one shop. They have Breezy, Cukui, and Halloway gear and more.

Moved to DTSJ recently. This is my new go to spot. Staff is friendly and enthusiastic and it has a comfy vibe.

Ehh, I think this place needs to focus less on trying to be «cool» and more about running a decent vape shop. They really hype themselves up, but then you walk in and they barely have anything. Nothing really special for juices either.
Had a bad experience once with an employee being condescending and suggesting that I wouldn’t be able to afford one of their authentic rdas. Not cool, they lost a sale that day.

I went in about a year ago at the old shop and picked up my nemesis clone and my experience with them was great so I thought I’d go and check out the new location.
They posted the Sigelei 150w with the Doge V4 clone on their Instagram about a week ago saying that you could purchase this combination together. I’ve been wanting a change from my mech mod so I thought it couldn’t hurt to see how much they were going for.
I just went to the new location yesterday to check it out. The location of this one is better because there’s a parking garage nearby that isn’t too expensive along with 30 minute street parking. The new store looks great and was very busy with SJSU students.
I stood by the case waiting for someone to come assist me since people were busy at the register and the juice bar with few employees walking around. It’s difficult to differentiate the employees and the customers. About 15 minutes later, a young kid comes up to see if I have any questions. I asked him for the Sigelei 150w and he tells me that he doesn’t know if they have any. I showed him the promotion on their Instagram account and he seems to have no idea about it. I then asked if he knew when or even if the store will receive more and he’s still unsure. Now I don’t know if he is new, but it’s very frustrating to have someone who doesn’t know anything about the store’s products attempting to «help“out the customers. He walked away before asking if I had any other questions or wanted to look at anything else and I had to wait another 15 minutes to get his attention again. I saw that they had the Sigelei 100+ so I asked him to explain what, if any, were the major differences of that and the one I wanted or if he could recommend any others. All he tells me is that he never uses above 70w… –_​_​_​–
Maybe it was because he’s new. Maybe it was because it was the opening day at the new location. Maybe this place isn’t as great as it used to be. Or maybe I just spoke to the one person there who was completely unhelpful. I’m not really sure but this was a terrible experience. The Sigelei 100+ was going for $ 135 there and that’s without an RDA or anything else. You could get that online for $ 80. I don’t mind spending a little bit more because then I could at least have that instant gratification instead of waiting for it in the mail… but $ 50 more? Come on now. This place is overpriced and it looks like I’m gonna have to buy everything online again
This is not a review for everyone that works in that store, this is just what happened during my experience. I’m sure some of the other workers there are great and way more helpful than the person I spoke with. I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon unless they’re having a huge sale.

These guys bring a good name to the vaping community…
I’ve been to Elements SJ somewhere around 15 times now. They have a pretty solid selection of juices running from Suicide Bunny to much smaller juice companies (they also have a house juice called Joose but I’m not a fan). I come into the shop usually to get some new juices and just hang out for a bit. They also have a pretty good selection of RDA, s clones and high end mods and RDA’s.
I have bough a few attys from the shop and oodles of juices. On top of that the guys there have done a few builds for me that were pretty dam solid (ALWAYS TIP!!!). The thing you guys gotta remember is a shop like element is probably doing between 20 and 50 builds a day for new vapors and experienced people alike.

Only one person builds good here, average liquids, overpriced everything. After being ripped off on a mod that doesn’t work and having some of the worst builds I’ve ever had here I will take my business elsewhere.
Besides who locks the doors a half hour before close on a Saturday?

My go-​to vape shop to get my RDAs rebuilt and juice. Staff is attentive and they have a wide variety of products. If youre new to vaping or a seasoned vet, rest assured they have what you need.
Prices are moderate but thats expected at a B&M. Support your local shops.

The guys here are really friendly and took the time to show us some mods in their display case. It was a little hard to find according to google maps. They carried Vaping Rabbit, I could have ordered online but always good to support local businesses.
Nice place as well, the setup of the shop was nice. Maybe if we lived closer we would be regulars. They were able to get my boyfriend’s tank off of his mod.

Great shop with a huge selection of different flavors. I came here to pick up my first vape and was not disappointed by the shop’s own brand of vape (been vaping all day long). Christophe was extremely helpful for my friend and took the time to make sure his mech mod was well constructed and gave clear instructions on safety and what to do, what not do.
The guy who helped me – Hansen? Can’t remember – was less helpful and made it seem like it was a hassle to answer my questions. I mean if you’re in sales you would expect more small talk without being bothersome. Didn’t really offer any info voluntarily but I thought it was unfair to dock the review due to Christophe’s helpfulness.
Overall a very good shop with a huge selection with decent prices. I would definitely recommend this shop to any avid vape fan who wants decent service in a relaxing setting.

Awesome shop! They have everything from your entry-​level Ego pens to high end mods/​rebuildables. The décor gives off a really cozy/home’y feel. That along with the super friendly staff makes me want to hang out here all day! You can try out their juices at the bar counter or pull up a stool to rebuild your atomizers by the pallet wall. Or if you just want to hang out, you can plop yourself on the couch and watch whatever movies they’re playing on the TV. Or bring a friend and play darts!
Three of their house juices for $ 15 or two premium juices for $ 22. My personal favorite premium juices are VapeAddicts Down 4 a Forty and the Bamskiilicious Kool Apple. Favorite house juices are DAAAMMNN! (papaya), and honey dew. They also post various happy hour deals everyday on their Instagram (elementssj), which is perfect since I’m able to stop by to pick up what I need during my breaks (this is the closest vape shop from San Jose State University, only two blocks away)
