I don’t ever leave posts on Unilocal,so this lets you know my frustration. It took over a year to get ANYTHING from Alf. It wasn’t until I threatened to take him to court is when he started responding. He even gave me a BS response how he got me confused with another person with my same first name. He was unresponsive to phone calls, emails, and you couldn’t even leave a voicemail because his inbox was full. I even gave him the courtesy of speaking to him in-​person at his residence before threatening to take civil action — he still raised his voice and used profanities. He is unprofessional, unreliable, a liar, and shouldn’t be allowed to work in this capacity. I also filed a complaint with the business bureau. When I got my video, it wasn’t even the video he said he would make. My advice to anyone in the same situation — take action.

After 4 years I finally have the footage of our wedding but not the actual video. I found out where he works and sent emails, fb messages and called… It worked

It has been 28 months and I still don’t have my wedding video. I learned my lesson, I will never hire someone without looking them up on Unilocal.All of these reviews were right :(

this guy is a joke do not use him he owes all sorts of people including me money and has not paid for two years. Do not do business with him in any way you will be sorry

Alf’s work speaks for itself. I would not trust the other reviews on Unilocal and I guarantee you will be thrilled by his work if you book him for your wedding. He really takes his time to perfect the final product. I’d rather have something great after 6 months and re-​live the memory than something ok that I get right away.
I’m so so proud of our wedding video and will show it proudly to everyone for many many years to come. It’s AMAZING.

I first went with Eener productions because of the amazing intro videos they sent me. Little did i know what I was getting into. I was promised full coverage which includes rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, wedding and any other activities that I wanted in my video. They did what they said they were going to do, but the execution was anything but professional. It took over a year to get the raw footage and wedding video. I was promised a six week turn around and was given excuse after excuse as to why my video wasn’t ready. Then to top it all off all my raw footage was lost for the rehearsal and the rehearsal dinner. I was not compensated for that either as apparently it was not promised even though it was in the contract. Then when i finally got the video it did not look HD at all. The resolution is there but the picture and sound quality were poor. Also, my edited wedding video was less than an hour and most of it was part of the wedding ceremony video of interviews before the wedding even took place. I was under the impression that they would be two separate things not a half a@# job to get me the wedding video after I started to get concerned and calling them. It was not I expected of a weddin video at all. It seemed like they just wanted to give me something to get me off their back.

UPDATE: Well, As of 1÷28÷2009, It now looks like I am in the same boat as Jaino P. Alforde promised the video within 2 mos. of the wedding («but probably sooner») and it has now been 5 mos. He has said he is «having personal problems» and that has caused the delay. I have only had contact via text message and on Dec.10 th he said it was almost done, but still no video. It is a very scary thing waiting and not knowing if you will ever recieve the memories of your precious day. We have already paid the entire balance which makes it worse.

My wife and I also signed up with Eener Productions for our wedding in April and had a good experience until AFTER the wedding. Before the wedding it was easy to contact Alf and he was very professional and did an excellent job for our 20 minute video at our wedding reception, however it has been 6 months since our wedding and we STILL do not have our wedding videos. He has ditched out on two schedule meetings, not returned calls, ignored text message, and now we have resulted to sending him letters. Our contract stated the videos would be completed and delivered to us by June (2 months after the wedding). I just hope that we eventually get our wedding video and be able to hold that priceless memory of our special day. I hope no one else had to experience being neglected and having someone break your trust. Make sure to think first before signing a contract with vendors for your wedding day when all the money is paid up front. I wish we would have negotiated to do remainder of the payment upon the receipt of the videos.
