This is my first time working with Jessie who is extremely prompt and helpful to me and my adult children to purchase tickets to Taiwan for the summer. Our situation is unique and complicated. We bought 3 sets of tickets at three different time; she patiently assisted us to accommodate our needs with good price. Now we all will be on the same flight traveling together. She’s definitely efficient and easy to work with. We appreciate it very much.

I’ve been going to Jessie for all my overseas trip for about 3 years now. A few times I still compare her with other new agents I find on Unilocal but she always give me better pricing and flight time. So I stick with her even though at times she’s super busy. She works mainly through email and I notice she’ll respond to your email maybe a day late and always late at night. But that’s fine with me since I get good deals with her and she’ll recommend a better time to travel if the current flight cost too much. Why not 5 star? Sometimes I have to follow up on my email to her and her associate can’t help me when I call into the office because she don’t speak English.

Their pricing beats Travelocity, Expedia, Orbitz and even the popular Chinese travel agency «Just Holiday». Jessie is very responsive through phone and emails which I appreciate. She will always be the first one for me to call whenever I plan a trip to Asia.
