History

Established in 1997.

Back in 1997 our school was started primarily as a drum set studio. Within the past few years we added a big percussion studio and became one of the few schools in the entire Bay Area which offer instruction on drum set as well as orchestral percussion, such as marimba, xylophone, vibraphone, timpani, snare drum or cymbals.

Business Owner

Leonid Sokolovsky is a principal music instructor at Per​cus​sion​Player​.com, and has to his credits, over fifteen years of teaching experience. He is a classically trained drummer and percussionist residing in the Silicon Valley, CA. Mr. Sokolovsky is an active freelance musician and has performed with many fine musicians, bands, orchestras, and chamber ensembles in the US, Europe, and Australia. He truly enjoys sharing his passion for music with those around him!
