Sports Dentistry and Trauma Rehabilitation

All of our patients, regardless of sport, are protected using a pressure laminated sports mouth guard which prevents most catastrophic dental incidences, making the athlete stronger and more coordinated. In the unfortunate event of a traumatic accident, our office is specially trained and has extensive experience in returning the mouth and smile to its original state. This process is performed in the most expeditious and caring manner using the latest technology available. We pride ourselves in returning the smile as quickly as possible without compromising the final result.

Business Owner

Dr. Goudy is a native San Josean. He received a Bachelors of Arts, Biological Science (molecular) from San Jose State University and a Doctor of Dental Surgery from Northwestern University Dental School, Chicago, Illinois. He did his General Practice & Hospital Dentistry Residency at UCLA, Los Angeles, California. Dr. Goudy worked as an associate with Brian P. LeSage DDS, FAGD in Beverly Hills for one year before returning to San Jose to open his own practice in April 1994, where he has been an integral part of the community.

In 2005 Dr. Goudy was honored by being selected to the San Jose Sharks medical staff where he is responsible for the prevention and rehabilitation of all dental related health issues for the team. He is married to Lisa Carr-​Goudy (www​.lisacar​rin​te​ri​ors​.com) and they have four children: Connor born in 2005; Ryan born in 2006; Bryce born in 2008; Nicolette born in 2009. Their family resides in Los Gatos. He keeps himself busy by coaching Little League.
