Denise Stuart – Coldwell Banker

This Coldwell Banker BERRYESSA LOCATION in North San Jose is supposedly owned by BOB STEWART. Buyer beware! He is unscrupulous, dishonest and extremely unprofessional. Do not trust him! He was selling the home next to my parents home and asked my stepfather if he would split the cost of a new fence. My stepfather obliged and when he presented the bill to BOB STEWART he was told that he would not pay for the fence because he didn’t install it within two days! Once he sold the house and was standing in front of it with the new owners, my mom went over to introduce herself and asked again why he wouldn’t pay for the fence. He stated he would pay it, just resend the bill. When my stepfather called the next day to inquire if he received the faxed (again) bill BOB STEWART said «if he paid at all it would be with deductions». He proceeded to call my 70-​something yr old mom a «b$tch». ?? You cannot trust this realtor at his word!
