SCAM is all I can say. This place used to be in Alum Rock. Mike Canul is a crook. He will take your money, sell you all kinds of stories and leave you with nothing… no results, no solutions, just a felling of despair. I paid him $ 1,000 and never got any of the services he promised.
Come to find out he is NOT even a CPA or an IRS enrolled agent. Having him prepare your taxes is the same as having some random stranger do your taxes. He claims to know all sorts of people from the IRS, BOE, EDD and other government regulatory agencies. NOT true… total con artist.
But hey, don’t take my word for it… do your own due diligence…
I wish I had done my research instead of buying into his stories. Protect yourself and do your own research…
1. You can start with a simple google search… then sort though what you find and make your own judgments.
2. Next. Try to find your CPA. You can even look up accounting firms

3. You can also email the IRS and ask them if Michael Canul is an enrolled agent…

All I can say is RUN as far as possible from this place and Mike Canul.
He is a scammer and a crook. Worse company I ever dealt with.
Very unprofessional staff. They should all be arrested.

If I can give 0 stars, I would. How can people make you feel you owe them to give your paycheck? You work hard for your check, you submit your hours on time and they prepare the checks. I have to come and pick it up and everytime, everytime, there is an issue. And today is unforgivable! They can’t find the checks and left me at the sitting area and no one got back to me. So frustrated hence this review.
