Dezi is awesome! I had/​have been having some health problems and my doctor suggested that I consider muscle training to increase energy level. Dezi listens to her clients and respects their limitations but also encourages you to go beyond your expectations. Additionally, I appreciated her whole person approach, its not just about the workouts, its also about your overall health. I have yet to have a bad session with her. As this is the first time I have had a personal trainer, I have nothing to compare this experience with but if I do in the future, that trainer has big shoes to fill! I have seen marked improvement with my stamina and muscle. My doctor has also noticed the difference! Need a trainer call this woman, ASAP! She knows her stuff.

One of the nicest, most encouraging people you’ll ever meet. She helps you reach your goals and is always there to help you out. She also always educates you using her vast knowledge on everything instead of only telling you what to do, which I really appreciate. Would recommend to anybody and everybody!

Dezi is helpful, understanding and encouraging. She is always available to answer questions or concerns at any time of the day. She works hard to make you a better person.

I met Dezi through the body paint world-​but asked her to coach me when I saw all of her fabulous photos on Facebook. It was clear to me-​just through the photos that she has serious discipline, and I knew that she was the best one to learn this skill from. I asked for help and she got started with me as soon as I was ready.
We began, and only a few weeks later, I was unreachable due to international travel, and then shortly after that, I incurred an minor injury doing sports other than training. I have fallen off track a few times since we’ve started, and it didn’t deter Dezi whatsoever. She’s been consistent and supportive since we began just a few months ago.
Dezi utilizes social media and several forms of communication to stay in touch and has created an entire community of amazing women who are empowered and developing discipline. This is the most incredible thing I’ve witnessed in these past few months. Of course-​the results are clear, I am feeling stronger everyday and certainly am more toned. My goal wasn’t to lose weight, since I’m only around 105−110lbs at 5’1-but I actually have lost a few pounds! I understand macros now and am so much more conscious of what it takes to support a lean, strong, healthy body, thanks to Dezi’s coaching.
I am so grateful to have her holding me accountable and supporting me to achieve my goals-​that have felt unobtainable for years! I highly recommend working with Dezi if you’re ready to commit to your own health and quality of life!

Great program to get you moving and reaching your goals. I used to believe that weights made you bulky but DeziFit proved me wrong. With meal prepping and working out, I’ve lost weight and started to gain strength that I never thought was possible for me. Best decision I’ve ever made to work with DeziFit. I am so grateful that I crossed paths with Dezi. She is so understanding and knows the struggles that we face on our day to day life. She is there every step of the way encouraging you to do your absolute best; regardless of the long hours at work. My work day ranges from 10 – 16 hour days. Yet somehow, she helps me FIND a way to make time for workouts, prepping and eating my meals. She seriously goes above and beyond her call of duty to help others… and that is because she truly LOVES helping others.
I previously had hired a coach who basically took my money, handed me a plan… and pretty much walked away. Didn’t care if the plan worked for me. Didn’t care if I understood it. All that person cared for was the money and left me hanging.
