Daniel is very fast in responding to our many questions and we are very happy working with him. He is very knowledgeable with the current market. We would refer him to our friends.

Daniel helped me with the sale of my house in North San Jose just this month. I have nothing but praises for Danny. Danny is very experienced and gives good advice. He will not tell you what you want to hear in order to get your business. For example, he was honest with me on what he thought my house could fetch, and it was a lower number than what I expected, but he backed his market analysis with good solid numbers.
Back in Oct 2013, I had engaged a different realtor, who did not do a good job. I ended up wasting 6 weeks (3 weeks prep, 3 weeks list) with no offers, and received a damaged house requiring repairs after the tenants left. The realtor blamed it on the slow season. I grew a headful of white hairs by Thanksgiving day because of the stress.
Then I hired Daniel, through my friend Ailee. Daniel had a listing special then, which lowered the commission on the listing side. Daneil and Ailee worked fast and hard to prepare my house for sale in early Dec. It wasn’t easy since time was short and Daniel wanted to catch the period before Christmas and New Year. Daniel also reached out to many realtors and buyers during the Open Houses and in the end, despite the slow season, he still managed to get multiple offers for me just after 2 open houses, including one without contingencies.
Needless to say, my house sold on time, without any problems. That’s as good of a conclusion as one can hope to have. The pre-​condition is: get a good agent like Daniel!
