In your wildest dreams you still wouldn’t be able to come up with a better outfit than Cupertino Roofing. Yup. True. They’re every bit as good as the other rave reviews. Even better. Prompt. Honest. Nice (imagine that?!!). Quality workmanship too. Oh yea, neat ‘n clean, quiet (no blaring radios.) After my most recent experience (in the midst of an El Niño event that they fixed right away) I wouldn’t consider using anyone else in the future. Give them a call the next time you need that ever so important roof of your’s tended to.

Earlier this month, Cupertino Roofing replaced our existing wood shake roof with a new asphalt composition roof. Before we hired Cupertino Roofing, we received bids from 5 roofing companies. Cupertino Roofing provided the lowest bid of the 5 roofing companies by two thousand dollars! Nate provided the initial bid on our re-​roof project. He then assisted us in selecting the style and color of the roof tiles as well as selecting the type of roof ventilation. The project started on a Monday and was nearly complete in 3 days. On top of this, we were having the old attic insulation removed by a different company, and they all worked together without a hiccup.
Some finishing work was completed on day four. Their workers showed up when Nate said they would, and they worked throughout the day. We were very impressed with how quickly and efficiently the old roof was removed and the layers of the new roof were added. The new roof looks great. We’re extremely pleased with the quality of their work and their attentive customer service. We recommend Cupertino Roofing to anyone looking to replace their roof!

Called Cupertino Roofing when our roof was leaking and they came to tarp the damaged area. After assessing the roof condition we decided to replace the entire roof. Nathan was in communication with me throughout the process and any changes to the quote (i.e. additional materials) were discussed. New gutters were installed and the roof looks great. These guys are the best! Cupertino Roofing replaced our old roof in three days and did a stellar job! The work was neat and quick; workers were cordial. Owner Dave was involved throughout the whole process, helping us choose new roofing that met our practical/​budgetary/​aesthetic needs, visiting while the work was being done, and even after we had the new roof in! We needed a new bathroom fan exhaust vent added to our roof. Emailed Saturday, got a response and quote back the same day. Work was done Tuesday morning. Dave and Nathan were prompt, professional, friendly and caulked a few extra exposed nail heads while they were up there. Fun to watch. I really couldn’t ask for anything more.

These guys were great. It started with the tear down crew. The teamwork was excellent. They rarely spoke but each guy knew his part and when he needed to stop an help another. The same went for Dave and Nate installing the insulation with the thermal shield and paper followed by the actual composition roofing. The gutters look great and everything was set up just in time for my solar panel company to start their installation. Nate even thought new what Uff Da! meant as well as who Sven and Olé are. Great roof, great team and good people, a trifecta or a hat trick in my book.

We had a great experience with Cupertino Roofing. They did good quality work, competitively priced. Dave was very knowledgeable and responsive. They handled the few small unexpected complications without a lot of extra expense or hassle. The crew was efficient and clean, and the job was done in less than 4 days, as promised.

The One Where The Pesky Leak is Finally Fixed!
My boyfriend’s house has a leaking roof. The roof was done anew only a few years ago, but started leaking. Two companies came out and neither did a good job. I called Cupertino Roofing, and Nate came out with his team to get everything fixed. They completed the job fast, and sent me pictures per my request to show what was done. Great service. We cannot attest to the roof quality until problem occurs (and we are hoping third time is the charm). The only down side is that initial quote was $ 1920. Nate didn’t tell me they would go over-​budget. He asked for $ 2200, and we settled at $ 2060.

Dave made the roofing experience a breeze. He had the best quote, perfect help with shingle color and from the beginning to end he was on top of every step. The job was finished in 3 days with new roof and gutters. Dave is professional, easy to work with and I would recommend him to family and friends.

Highly recommended. We had a very pleasant experience throughout our reroofing project, from getting a quote, signing the contract, tearing off the roof, and all the way to completing the job. The work is impeccable and all the people worked on the job are extremely professional. After the work, they cleaned up all the debris, including the ones in the garage. To be honest, the garage looks much cleaner than before.

Cupertino Roofing came as a recommendation from my Realtor (who is family) so I knew it would be someone good. For comparison I also got a quote from another highly rated firm. Cupertino Roofing won hands down. Dave met with my wife and I at our home and went over what our options were. His quote was quite reasonable and that was the price on the final invoice. His crew was on time and cleaned up after themselves and we were left with a brand new roof. I’ve already recommended them to a neighbor where we just moved in so wouldn’t do it unless I believed in his work.

Excellent cost –excellent experience! We had a brand new beautiful roof, attic fan, vents and gutters in 4 days! Start to finish. Everyone was professional, polite, clean, considerate, on time-​unbelievable! We are so happy!!! They worked with the inspector, performed the necessary repairs for dry rot and informed us of where we needed insulation. They were careful with our skylight, planters, glass table on front porch and made sure the garbage truck could reach the garbage cans. I highly recommend calling Dave at Cupertino Roofing.
