We are a full service cosmetic plastic surgery practice, offering the following procedures: breast augmentation, lift, and reduction, eyelid and facial rejuventation including Botox and Juvederm injections, liposuction and tummy tuck, nasal surgery, and correction of prominent ears and treatment of gynecomastia. We dispense the new eyelash extension treatment known as Latisse.

Established in 1991.
Dr. Creasman joined the prestigious Associated Plastic Surgeons of San Jose after completing his general and plastic surgery residencies. He trained in plastic surgery at UCLA Medical Center. Dr. Creasman is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery as well as the American Board of Surgery. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. The doctor is a member in good standing of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, as well as the California Society of Plastic Surgeons.
Our in-office operating room is accredited by the American Association for the Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities.

Dr. Creasman is very dedicated to patient care and providing life changing self-esteem enhancements through aesthetic surgery. The doctor has spent decades in training and practice focused on excellent surgical training and continuing education, research, and vigilant surgical care to achieve beautiful results for thousands of patients in Silicon Valley.
Before opening his practice in 1991 in San Jose, Dr. Creasman received his medical degree from the University of Michigan. He completed a General Surgery Residency at Henry Ford Hospital and completed his training in Plastic Surgery at UCLA Medical Center. Dr. Creasman is board-certified in General and Plastic Surgery, is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a member of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the California Society of Plastic Surgeons.
Dr. Creasman is an accomplished artist. He pursues his hobby of oil painting when not engaged in patient care.
