I have been seeing Dr Pettengill for all my dental needs since 1995 as have my wife and son. We have nothing but praise for his professionalism and expertise. He is as thorough as they come and truly cares about the health and well being of his patients.
I would not hesitate to recommend him (and I have, over and over) to anyone seeking a top notch, ethical and state of the art Dentist. He goes the extra mile and that is exceedingly rare these days.

Dr. Pettengill is the best. He is not only a great dentist but is also a TMJ specialist. He is honest and hardworking. If you are lucky enough to be his patient, he will go the extra mile to give you the best care. He truly cares about his patients. Thank you Dr. Pettengill!

Extremely rude front-​office staff. Snippy and disrespectful. We got the impression that they have no interest in seeing or helping new patients. We were informed our insurance was not accepted and as a result, the initial consultation would be over $ 600. This is not the way to run a business.

I have not yet seen this doctor, but his receptionist is extremely professional. As I am talking to her, she cuts me off and tries to correct me. Receptionist is very rude and does not want me to ever come to this doctor. Plus they don’t take EPO insurance either. 400 dollars for a consultation and then get sent home for «at home care?» Im good, thanks though

I was shocked when I called and was interviewed by his Office Manager Nancy who was repeatedly interrupted by the doctor while she gave me instructions and then an appointment and told me to bring $ 395 for first appointment with doctor and $ 395 for panorex (x-​ray panorama). I called and went to oral surgeon who had taken out wisdom teeth of daughters and was charged $ 117 for panorex, not $ 395 and given instructions and prescription to reduce swelliing and follow up appointment fo rtotal of $ 259.00. I will not keep my appointment and I believe his office is very unprofessional!

Wonderful chairside-​manner. Knowledgeable and professional. I was in terrible pain, and damaging my teeth due to TMJ problems. Dr Pettengill answered my questions, eased my concerns and made me a fantastic splint which has helped immensely. I have been a dental professional for over 20 years, and I whole-​heartedly recommend Dr Pettengill.

We love Craig and all of his staff. They are the epitome of professionalism. He is very strict about his dental work being the absolute best. Under no circumstances would we ever consider another dentist. Also he is very gentle and concerned that your visit is pain free. If you are looking for a new dentist, he would be a great choice.
