It’s a 3 to 4 mile easy and relaxed hike. The view is not very impressive. But with Teri and other docents as guide, we did see a lot of different wild flowers and learned their names too.

We went on a guided ridge-top hike at Coyote Ridge in Morgan Hill. You need to RSVP by email or phone w/Teri at Santa Clara County OSA to go on a guided hike. Dates for 2010 are: Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays — March 20, 24, 27, and 31, and April 4, 7, 10, 11, 14, 17, and 18. We did the 5-mi ridge-top hike. Meet up w/Teri in the parking lot. There’s one pit toilet, no water & no other bathrooms. Hike leader was Jay and a few other people. It’s a slow hike w/a gradual uphill. Many wildflowers. Nice views at the top w/many more wildflowers. We had lunch at the top. Hike is from 9 – 1, but we finished by 12:15pm. Maybe next yr we’ll do the 3-mi hike along the face of the slope. Website:
