Copyland & Zip 2 Print

I can’t thank Copland & Zip 2 Print enough. I first came to them about 4 years ago to make business cards for a small business i had started in the memory of my son. I spoke to Robert, he inquired about my sons passing and was very sincere. I was nervous because i wanted the cards to come out perfect for they were what was to represent my son. Robert assured me all would be fine. Robert made the process smooth. I was able to email the exact image and font. His expertise came in when he recommended the color for the writing on the card, which turned out more legible! When it comes to professionalism and customer service Robert goes above and beyond. Whether in person or over the phone Robert eases the anxieties of a rush order. He is very thorough. I currently live in Southern California but refuse to go anywhere else. I just received another order of business cards via ups and as always they were exactly what i wanted. Robert you kick ass!!! THANK YOU. P. S My oldest son still cherishes the picture you gave him. Great copy place, they accept hard copy or digital emailed files. I worked with Robert, very professional. He is also very punctual.

I have used Copyland for over 20 years and I highly recommend them. I get postcards, flyers, business cards, signs etc. there and find the graphics great. Frank, the owner, is very personable and really stays on top of things to make sure the order is done in a timely fashion. Frankly, there are a lot of copy places, but for me this one has it all. The designer is talented and understands what I am trying to get him to do. I have printed many things at Copyland and founds their prices fair. I would not go anywhere else!

I do not recommend this place if you’re looking to print a few quick documents from a computer. It’s extremely overpriced.
They don’t allow the use of our own computer, so I used theirs. There’s a minimum charge you have on computer use.

I went in for one minute to print one page and it costed me about $ 3.80.
This is just my experience with their quick print services. I have never used any of their other services.

After having a negative experience at another local print shop, I was very worried about getting my poster printed for an upcoming conference. However, when I called and spoke with Chad, I was immediately impressed by how knowledgable and helpful he was, and they seemed happy to accommodate my really large poster. I emailed him over a PDF of my poster in the early afternoon, and by 8 am the next morning, I was able to swing by to get it before work. My poster looked amazing! Much better than the posters I’ve gotten at Kinkos before. The paper was top quality, and the ink was glossy with no bleeding.
The only weirdness was that I had to wait a while to get my purchase rung up. I sort of stood there awkwardly while they waited for the main guy to come out of the back, but given that they had just opened for the day, I can’t really hold it against them.
I will definitely get my future posters printed at Copyland, and I highly recommend them.
EDIT: Unfortunately, I have to edit my review. After presenting my poster at the conference, I hung it up in our hallway. Within two weeks, the ink was faded and the colors were almost gone. It’s not even particularly bright in the hallway, and there’s no direct sunlight. My guess is the ink they use is defective. I will not return.

My work place had been assigned Jose to work with us and he’s an amazing printing associate. He patiently preserved as my colleague and I asked about different materials that was best for us to print out artwork on for our company’s booth. He showed us various options and explained all the details until colleague and I were satisfied with our concept. Thank you, Jose!

Was in a HUGE bind and needed 12,000— yes, twelve THOUSAND copies to be printed that day! And of course, my copies needed to be on GOLDENROD paper. Not yellow, not canary, but goldenrod. I called Robert at Copyland/​Zip 2 Print at 8am and by 4:30 all of my copies were DONE! Robert was a ROCKSTAR and totally saved me! Not only did they produce fabulous copies, but they also sorted them and would have delivered, if I got my act together in time. Will be using Copland for all of my outsourced copy needs! Thank you Robert & Copyland!

I came here to print out about 30 separate PDF files, front and back.
I was about to use the PCs to print out each document individually (which charges $ 3.50÷15 minutes), but the staff set me up with Chad one-​on-​one so that he could do the work for me (which was only $ 3.50 charge for service!). He was able to compile all of the 30 files into one PDF file, which simplified the job tremendously. I was able to get all of the pages printed out in one go!
Chad went above and beyond to help me out, and the staff tried their best to keep the cost as low as possible for me. For that, I am really grateful! I left as one happy camper.
Please don’t miss their office and go to their competitors down the street! They have a colorful truck parked right up at front.

Copyland is the best place to print at in San Jose. Their staff is super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They understand your needs and urgency and respond effectively. I have never had to wait while printing here and as an architect, I PRINT A LOT. Unlike most other printing places, there’s not even a moment of frustration involved when it comes to Copyland. Everything is ALWAYS easy and fast. I would definitely recommend this place to all my colleagues and friends.

I’m an architect and I print all my presentation material at Copyland. They have unbelievably great printing quality and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my work ! Their customer service is so good it refreshing! I recommend it to all my friends in town.

Why did I not find this place earlier!
I recently came across copyland after I was in desperate need of printing 500 real estate flyers and I was annoyed by the wait time from my usual printing shop. I walked in with the file on my computer and I was able to sit down with Chad immediately. He allowed me to use his USB drive to share the PDF file and he asked me how I wanted the flyer printed. I told Chad that I was in a rush to have the flyers printed because the next day was the open house and he was able to print all 500 for me within a few hours. I was also pleasantly suprised that they were dramaticly cheaper than my usual spot.
Copyland will now be my go to place for all my printing needs.

Highly recommend this place! I found them on Unilocal and they happened to be really close by. I took my project down to there and got great service and a fabulous price.

Came here for some USB drive poster printouts and had a deadline the following day. Frank and Dave were extremely professional and quick. They knew exactly what I needed and gave me a competitive price when I showed him kinkos price online. Very professional and friendly!

Copyland is THE place to go for any design/​presentation work you need! Ask for DAVE and he can basically do any project you want.
I went in for a design for our work booth and he not only had awesome feedback, but was able to incorporate ideas we were trying to portray into the booth. Seems like he works for a bunch well known customers as well as I see some of his past design jobs at his desk. After being so happy with the work, we solely use Dave.
if you are looking for a designer with a wealth of knowledge and the ability to get the job done, ask for Dave at Copyland!

I just went to Copyland, and they were helpful and knowledgeable. It is comforting to deal with someone who knows what they are doing. I went there to get a Writ Response copied up (this was my first Writ Response) and they knew just how to get it bound in red, etc.
It also helps that the staff there is friendly and personable. When I am stressed about doing something new I really appreciate a friendly person who knows what they are doing.

Awesome customer service. Will be coming back for all my printing needs.
