Compass Home Inspections

As an active realtor in the Bay Area I have constant need for property inspectors. All of the inspectors at Compass are professional, thorough and competent! They take the time to answer and explain findings to my clients and me! I’ve learned a lot over the years from these guys! I wouldn’t use any other company!

Coming from TX and finding a house in the ‘quick turnaround sales market’ of CA required immediate service from a qualified and efficient inspection company.
After reading three company’s websites, I called two and found that Compass Home Inspections was willing to fit me in their busy schedule when I told them I was I was in a time crunch for this home buying trip.
Brett and Frank arrived on time, were very thorough with their inspection of my potential home purchase, and both Brett and Frank reviewed their findings of the house with me (in terms which I could understand) after completing the visual inspection that same day. The very next day I received their written reports for documenting and my further review. With their findings of severe structural concerns and an un-​permitted sunroom, I decided not to purchase that house.
I called them again for another potential home purchase on my next trip out.
Again, they each made their assessments and recommendations, gave me the verbal review and the next day I had the full written report in my hand.
A couple days after the written report, I called Brett after the dinner hour with my concerns with some findings which I wanted further clarifications on. Brett was very accommodating even in the evening hours after his workday had ended. He did not rush me or feel imposed upon and was very sympathetic to my questions/​concerns.
