A-​MAY-​ZING! for her 6^th birthday party, my daughter told me she wanted a magician. not having a magician in my mommy bag-​o-​tricks, I turned to Unilocal and found Patrick the Magician. The Unilocal reviews were wonderful, so I contacted Patrick and luckily, he was available on the date of the party.
Patrick arrived on time to set up. (Actually he arrived a little early, thank God, because a house full of 20 six year olds is a little insane!) His show was entertaining and fun for kids and adults, too! Amazing magic, funny jokes and lots of audience interaction and participation.
As a genuinely nice touch, I received an email from Patrick later that evening thanking me for having him perform at my daughter’s party and that he hoped she enjoyed the show.
I highly recommend Patrick for parties and events. He’s a super nice and talented magician who puts on a memorable show. Kids are still talking about his show one week later. And if you know the attention span of kids, you will know that this is pretty A-​MAY-​ZING!

Couldn’t have been happier with Patrick and his show!!! We had 20 kids and their parents, and the kids were TOTALLY entertained. Our party was a Harry Potter themed party, so the magic was so cool to have there. I contact Patrick on a desperate whim and he was so accommodating and friendly. His comedy was CLEAN (clean comedy AND appearance :), FRIENDLY, LIGHT HEARTED, FUNNY… honestly I was SO happy with his show. He got the kids involved and even did a special magic bit for the birthday girl (which was her favorite part!) At times the kids were LITERALLY rolling on the ground with laughter. He had them in the palm of his hand. Best money I’ve ever spent on a birthday party. You won’t be sorry you hired him. So awesome. Thanks Patrick! You truly have a gift!!!

Hilarous! We saw him today at a friends birthday party. Kids and adults loved him. He really interacted well with everyone and I couldn’t stop laughing. Really good hearted, funny, and a lovely person. It reminded me a little of Robin Williams. Just good natured goofy. Even some good life lesson tidbits hidden in there.
His magic was done really well. Loved the waterfall shuffle :)

I recently booked Patrick for my 5 year old daughter’s birthday party. Patrick was great at getting back and confirming his booking and even came early to set up. His show had all the kids in splits. I have never heard so much laughter from a group of 5 year olds. He was patient with naughty ones and was great with getting the kids involved in his acts.
He could keep them thoroughly entertained and involved for an hour. That itself is a big feat! The parents enjoyed a lot as well. Highly recommended!

It’s my son’s 1^st birthday and we had around 35 kids and Patrick easily engaged them with his show. The show was so interesting that adults also started following that.

FIVE STARS for professionalism!!! I did not have the honor of hiring and working with Patrick, however he deserve this review due to how professional and thoughtful he was. I was looking for a Magician for my son’s upcoming birthday in September, Patrick was the first Magician I contacted for availability and pricing. He respond the next day letting me know unfortunately he was already booked on the day I had inquired. He provided me with name and contact of 4 other Magician in the bay area who he would also recommend I can contact. Wow, I thought that was very nice and professional of him to take the time to refer me to his competitor. That is just so awesome! Thank you so much!!!

Magician Patrick Reed donated his time to entertain the children of the Marines in San Jose. He was great! He had all the adults and children laughing. He was able to keep 50 kids involved for the entire show. I can not recommend Magician Reed enough. Guaranteed to entertain!!!

Patrick came in and did a show for a birthday party here at work. He got lots of us involved in the act and kept us all amazed and laughing with his slight of hand and the stories that he told. Great for all ages.

Patrick performed yesterday for our daughter’s 6^th birthday party and was a huge hit amongst the children and adults alike! He had us all laughing, oohing, and awing in amazement at his comical magic act. He was also very professional and punctual (he came wearing a handsome tux, even though the party was outdoors in the sweltering heat — gosh, I felt bad and wanted to offer him some swim trunks to change into). We had Patrick here for about 40 adults and 12 children on Labor day.
He was the best! He engaged the kids but held the adults too. He is charming and talented. He really made the day special for everyone at a great price ! Loved having him entertain us!

Patrick came today for my sons 4^th bday party, and it was a huge success! All the kids thought he was so SO amazing, and he had each and every one of them laughing. Adults too. He was on time (early to set up actually) and was very professional, and then SUPER silly and funny for the little ones. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone for a party… the kids had a blast with him. He also was a very reasonable price, and we thought it was totally worth it!

Just had Patrick perform for us yesterday at our son’s combo 1^st and 7^th b-​day party! What a treat he was! He performed a magical show and made all the kids feel special, especially our 7 yr old! You won’t be disappointed at all. He is a great price for a perfect amount of time. He had the adults laughing and the kids were hysterical and mesmerized. We first hired Patrick for our daugther’s 3^rd birthday party in 2010 he was a hit. He first did 30 min of walk by magic at all the tables, while our guests where enjoying lunch. He even amaized the crowd of engineers that analyze everything… they were trying to figure out his tricks and they could not.
Then we gather all the little ones and he made them laugh so much. He had audience participation from adults an kids. My daughther still remembers his show.
We liked Patrick so much that we hired him on February this year to be the entertainer of our client appreciation party. He made them laugh and participate. He is very professional and on time. I would recomend him to anyone who is looking for their guest to have a fun memorable experience. Thank you Patrick.

Patrick just did a magic show for my son at his 7 year birthday party.
As this is my first time to hire a magician for my son’s birthday party, I am so worried that what if he does not like it. Finally it turns out that everybody is laughing, including adults.
Patrick also did another 30 minutes training section to teach kids some easy tricks. This works too!
One more important thing is that hourly rate Patrick charge is fair, I do think I should get him for my daughter’s birthday party next time.

Patrick is one of a kind — amazing magician.
